I love Chris
So glad the author decided go wrote about Chris Young. I'm a huge fan of the collapse series so it was amazing to be given this chance to see more of Chris and see his life before the collapse. I loved this book from start to finish the characters were amazingly written and the story was very well detailed. Summer always writes such great books and this is no exception!!

I am a huge fan of the Collapse series and was extremely excited for a glimpse into the heartbreaking story that gave us Chris Young. Once again Summer Lane takes us on a journey into not only pain and tragedy, but a peek into the events on a smaller scale that gave us the Collapse novels and the world it became.
Going into a book where you ultimately know the outcome is not alway easy, but Summer does a great job at giving us her normal fast paced adventure, as well as providing the answers to HOW we get to the Chris Young we already know.
The narrative and flow of this book differs from the main series, but it absolutely works for this story.
Any fan of the Collapse series will love this book.

Jaded storyline. Pass on this book for other better books in this genre
This books was cliched and jaded from the start. The characters were shallow and stereotypical for this kind of story. There are better books of this type put there. Find them.

Wow
I wish I had started here before the collapse series. Now it all makes much more sense. I really enjoyed this authors books. I took a shot in the dark and glad I did. I'm officially hooked.

Interesting story.
I enjoyed the book overall but it was really short. I thought the ending felt very rushed and not fully developed.

Another exciting book by Summer Lane. I love that we finally got some back story on Chris Young. Very exciting storyline kept me interested all of the way through I didn't want to put the book down.
