2 EXTREMELY LAME STARS
This was me the whole time...
I've wasted enough time reading this horribly boring and silly book, that I won't waste more giving a detail of the way this book disappointed me!
The hero was a dick!
The heroine was wishy washy at best!
The storyline goes as follows, this rich billionaire see his hot new assistant and thinks
"I'm going to f*ck that and own her but first I'm going to be a total dick to her and mess with her head, cause I'm a rich ASSHOLE with a 10 inch dick!"
The way I see it, he was "A chiseled six foot six" DICK!
I know, I'm paraphrasing here but come on ARE YOU FOR REAL!
Who is buying this crap!?
But I digress here.
This whole story was sadly and lamely predictable!
I even found myself skimming the sex!
YEAH for me it was THAT LAME!

Furthermore, I don't think this series is for me.
I am done with it!

I almost gave up on this one. I can't seem to connect with the characters but half way through the book, I already did and I enjoyed it.
The story is about Dominic and Cora.
He's a powerful arrogant businessman and he hand picked her to be his assistant.
He was hard on her the first half of the book but once they admitted their feelings for each other, the story got better.
There's an epilogue and an extended epilogue that I love!

Ohweee! what a hot book
Dominic is feared by many and seems to be a difficult man to work with until he meets Cora his newest hire. Cora might be a timid girl but once you meet her you know she doesn't let anything keep her down she works for it. Cora might find Dominic hot and sexy but she has work to do so she wants him to see how hard she works only Dominic already knows how hard she work he just loves making her squirm. I loved that Dominic had a dominant vibe but when it comes to Cora he turns into goo and puts her on top of his priorities.

A super quick read
Very short so there wasn’t much of a storyline and no real dark spot. I thought the one smex scenes was really well done though. Then the entire thing turned into Return of the King. Just when you thought it was over it kept going with an epilogue… and another… and another… and another lol

Dominic is one of the most successful businessmen in the US and he knows it. He puts 100% of his efforts into his business - not just to help himself as he was from humble beginnings. When he sees the thousands of applicants for a job at his firm he knows straight away that Cora will be The One. And that's before he's even seen her. When she does start, she takes his breath away but he obviously doesn't let her see any sign of it. He treats her sternly but fair. When she thinks that she's upset him she is mortified as she has wanted to work for him for so long. But when a journalist id disrespectful of her all bets are off. He makes it known that no one, under any circumstances will do so ever again in his sight!! And he means business. Cora can't believe how he reacted and is overwhelmed and turned on like never before. Do this strong, alpha male who is gorgeous and the much younger feisty female stand a chance of a happy relationship together?? With sparkling banter and well developed characters by the ever popular Flora Ferrari, of course they do. But to find out their journey to a HEA you will need to read this red hot book for yourselves to find out just like I did. Have your fans/ac at the ready as you'll need it! I was given this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Cora Reed and Dominic Rossi. Cora has always wanted to have the chance to work for Dominic. Dominic was a leader in the construction business and to get a chance to work with him was like working with one of the greats. She is honored to be chosen out of the over 10 thousand applicants for this intern position. Now if only she can stop dreaming of her new boss. Dominic knew from the moment he meet Cora that she was his. The problem with this is she is his new employee and he is determined not to be lead around by anyone. As the weeks pass though he knows she is it for him can he get her to know it too. Will they find a HEA or will they find that you shouldn't mix business and pleasure?
This is an amazing story about finding love and not letting it get away. It does have its ups and downs that I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.

The story is a 3.5 smuty star, though I think the story is not so much of that.
The story started when Dominic hired Cora for a position in his construction company. Dominic, being a mogul in construction industry, acted so strict toward Cora despite the "pull" he felt for her, a pure lustful desire of a pull. Cora handled it perfectly, despite some of brashness and hurtful attitude from Dominic. As the story progress, both of them could no longer contain their deepest desire to just throw out their clothes, skirts, panties, and ties altogether; like there is no tomorrow.
So, all bitterness aside, all is forgiven and, hence, both of them walks toward HEA. Recommended for those who need a quick read and a little it of unbelievable-yet-oh-quite-so-romantic story. Over the top, my dear. Over the friggin top.

Flora Certainly Knows Her Way Around Romance
Terrific book. Well written, wonderful, lovable characters with steamy love scenes. A bit corny at times but overall pretty good. Glad I read it. On to the next one.
Cora was one among 10,000 applicants for a job working at Dominic's company and somehow, he picked her. She's not sure what she has that all the others didn't but she is definitely happy to have the job.
Dominic knew just from looking at Cora's application, resume and picture that she was the right person for the job. But that was not all. He knew she was someone special that would change his life.
Cora was certainly smitten when she saw Dominic but was determined to keep it professional.
With both of them feeling the incredible pull of uncontrollable passion, how long would it be before they gave in to their desires and ripped each other's clothes off?

Cora was excited about her new job and couldn't wait to start. Dominic is a powerful man and used to getting what he wants. He knows as soon as he see Cora's application that she is not only perfect for the job but for him too. When they start working together sparks fly between them. Everything that is thrown at her Cora manages to get done just as Dominic wants. Before long she sees his interest in her isn't just professional and doesn't know how long she can hold out before giving in to him. Will Dominic claim his woman? Can Cora handle a man like Dominic?
This is a steamy story that will draw you in from the first chapter. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

As always this story is with a very protective and possessive alpha male who have a instant attraction for the young and sweet innoncent woman. She has applied for a job at his firm and she got it. She is attracted to him but knows he is a tough man both when it comes to business and women. But is he also like that when you break his walls down? Despite Dominics actions towards her she is strong and stays to fight. She can match him. Can she make him weak and human?
Likeable characters who developswell. Nice storyline and plot. I like it is written in dual POV because that gives the reader more of the feelings and thoughts of the main characters and brings the story closer to the reader. i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the story of Cora, a young woman who is hired as an architect for Dominic Rossi's new project out of thousands of applicants. Cora wanted to make a good impression to Dominic and was determined to go a great job, no matter how much Dominic threw at her and demanded things. Dominic was a powerful businessman who knew what he wanted and demanded the best. When Dominic saw Cora, he was impressed in how she handled his demands and the job. Dominic also wanted Cora for himself. This is one of Flora's earlier books, i think Cora liked Dominic and she wanted to be with him, only she thought he was not interested. This was a story of instant love on Dominic's part and Cora wasn't far behind. I liked that Cora was a little older and establishing herself in her field. Good one.

Cora is thrilled with her new job. It pays really well and she has lots of responsibilities. Her boss is very demanding but also distracting. Cora needs to ignore the effect he has on her and concentrate on work if she wants to be successful. Her hot sexy boss makes that almost impossible.

Here we have another of these total alpha male stories; Me MAN, I want YOU, and her; YOU, MY MAN... ... ... And that is almost that... In a bit more sophisticated phrasing, this is a rather sweet and hot story about the alpha male who sees the woman he wants and the woman who sees the man she wants and how they go about their needs, wants and desires until they get what they want, i.e. each other. So the popular HEA is in full force. I enjoyed reading this story as I have enjoyed reading quite a few in this series, but probably soon enough will be enough as they are all somewhat similar even though they are fun to read.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. Loved this story about Cora and Dominic. He's a billionaire contractor and she's his newest hired architect. There is an instant chemistry between the two and it only builds. He wants to own her and make her his. When a news reporter make a inappropriate gesture towards her, Dominic flips out and goes to get defense. Finally they submit to their desires and it's hot and heavy. They continue to build the company as start another one as well. Great story with fun story line. Great quick read.

This is a short read of a romantic tale. For a fair amount of this story, this reader had a hard time warming up to the main male character. The main female character, however, was enjoyable from the start. She presented herself as a strong and gifted young woman. As the story evolved, this reader warmed up to the main male character. A charming wee love story.

I loved this romantic novella, Cora wants to work for Dominic and will do anything she can to get and keep her role, and to keep her attraction to him under wraps. Dominic wants Cora from first sight, but he is a strong and feared business man and wants to keep things that way, but can he keep his feelings to himself? Sexy and steamy this is a great way of read and although romantic it has a carnal and slightly dominant edge to it

Once you get into it...
Once you get into the story, this one isn't too bad. Dominic came off as a "jerk" at times but finally became likable. While this isn't my most favorite by Ms. Ferrari, I realize that this is one of her earlier works and she was still "coming into her own" as a writer. Still glad that I read it...

Dominic Rossi has built himself a reputation he builds the most perfect building and he is always calm and collected. Cora Reed is the architect intern that will be following him for the next year only problem all he wants to follow his her. He has seen her he wants her and he always gets what he wants luckily she feels the same. Another great older man younger woman story from the queen of this genre Yes these are releases of her earlier works but the spark is still there

Frankly there is not a lot of story here but it is hot, steamy and entertaining. Dominic finds himself very attracted to his new intern Cora. Cora is terrified of Dominic but also drawn to him. The chemistry and action between these two is hot hot hot off the charts. This very short quick read makes for a great read right before bedtime or during your lunch hour.

This story was fun & full of that push and pull between the two main characters. He is her boss & a hard man for people to get to know, she is in her first big architecture job & the moment they meet He knows he wants her.

As always perfect read and I am absolutely loving reading this new series of Flora’s. I have loved reading her olderman younger women series but this series of when a man knows what he wants. We all have had a thing for a co-worker or a boss. Great read.

I really enjoyed the story of Dominic and Cora and how they interacted with each other.

This is a solid read - quick, entertaining, sexy, and steamy. Amazing storyline that is a fast pace page turner, funny, and witty. Loveable strong characters - the chemistry between them is hot, instant, and off the charts. A really enjoyable well written romance Definitely recommended.
