Luigi Robles or also known Luis Robles was born in Los Angeles, CA and spent most of his time as a child visiting libraries and voraciously reading books.

He eventually grew up to become a successful graphic designer and reaped its rewards. He has never stopped reading and has always been a fan of the Science Fiction/Fantasy masters such as Orson Scott Card, Frank Herbert, Iain M. Banks, George R.R. Martin, J.R.R. Tolkien, and many more. But with every book he read, the longing to tell his own stories grew stronger, until he found himself typing away, filling up blank pages in the middle of the night.

Luigi ultimately switched careers to focus on writing and bringing great stories to life. When he isn’t writing, he is plotting and designing or illustrating the cover for his next book, which is the icing on the cake of his lifelong passion.

Now with seven books under his name, his craft keeps on getting better.

Another day, another (I assume) 'trapped in a VR video game' book. While I was more interested in this story than I was in the previous one I tried, there were too many typos and grammar issues for me to continue reading. It's too bad, since I was curious about the story -- it seemed like it might go in some different direction than the usual 'trapped in a VR video game' books do. Oh well.

Stopped reading at 19%.

Update: The author sent me a new version of the file, so once more I tried reading the book. While many of the typos and grammar issues were corrected in this new file, around the 20% point they started creeping back in again. In addition to that, many elements of the story just didn't work for me -- I didn't believe the characters or many of their actions.

DNF again (sorry).

Sadly it's not good. I like the premise, but the writing leaves much to be desired. Every page the reader is asked to suspend disbelief in another way. Every paragraph is a mess. Every sentence is riddled with grammatical mistakes. The book needs a patient but firm editor, but I'm not sure it would be worth it, because other than the premise, it's just not a great story.
I struggled to finish, and probably would have given up but it was a relatively short book with a fast pace.
The afterword is very well written, so apparently the author can write well, but that skill didn't show in the novel.

Found this on a tube streaming site whilst investigating the LitRPG scene.

This is my first foray into LitRPG for more than a few decades. My previous book in this genre was a UK TV Series based litrpg book based on the Knightmare TV Series of the late 80s/early 90s The Labyrinths of Fear.

Basic plot: Main female character who spends copious amounts of time in the virtual world, and who works for an Emmersive VR company gets promoted to work on a very important special project. Project is not what it seems and the love interest of the main female character who enjoys spending time in the real world as opposed to virtual, jumps in and saves the day - oh and he also finds that he rather enjoys VR gameplay after this.

This book was narrated by Kevin Gisi and running time was 3hr 10 mins.

This was a good filler-book during the day as I hadn't had time to read my main book for a while.
I don't tend to listen to many audio-books as my focus tends to drift off and I have to rewind often.

This was an easy read(listen), plot not too taxing.
Initially hoped it might be of the type of Ready Player One, but sadly no.

I'm not dissappointed in the book and am glad I read it.
