Even though I'm a fan of the Oz guys I didn't get as much out of this book as I had hoped. As with a lot of books I didn't feel that they suggestions/advice worked in a small business setting for someone wearing a lot of hats or managing a large group. That being said there certainly were some ideas that I've been able to put into practice plus the way the book is set up you can tailor your read to the specific topic you're looking for help on.

It's not common for me to give such a low rating. It isn't the quality of the content; it is the delivery. This isn't a cover-to-cover read. It better serves as a reference tool for solutions to specific issues. At best, if you like to read a couple of pages per day across a month or so, this might be better for you. But if you like to pick up a book and immerse yourself in its contents for a week, then this one isn't for you. You'll just get frustrated with the discontinuity (even if you stick to the reading tracks offered).

5-Star: Everyone should read this.
4-Star: Everyone in this specific field should read this.
3-Star: This was a decent read for the specific field, but there are better options.
2-Star: It got me to the end of the book, so there is that.
1-Star: It was bad enough that I didn't finish it.
