The should be a recommended read for anyone who tries to understand some of the basic background political and spiritual issues of the beginning of Islam after the death of the prophet. It highlights some wars, holidays and reasons for the huge conflicts that happened in the middle east during 632 AD of the gregorian calendar. Interesting read.

Quick book to read in an hour
However I took like 3 days but still read it in under an hour to complete
Very easy to understand at the same time it was very beneficial and I learnt new things and understood the story of Karbala better

Good and short read about who is Hussein. It provides background knowledge about some of the events that lead the the battle of Karbala. Quick and informative read.
