Ryan confesses to his wife, Michelle, that he has the hots for her sister, Amy. So, Michelle and Amy take Ryan on a hike and place him in a compromising position, take photos then give him what he wants, sex with Amy.
Then, after that, Michelle "punishes" Ryan by becoming a hotwife, cuckolding him, forcing him to give blowjobs to men and belittles him for his small penis.
We never explore Michelle's or Amy's motivations, the consent from Ryan is forced, but if a husband turns out to be seen as a jerk, what about his spouse? This book lacks plot twists, surprises and any attempt at getting the reader to identify with the characters. Ryan's a drunken bum. Michelle allows that.
