Alex Rae is best known for her work in fantasy and science fiction. Her Children of Regar (COR) series contains Jaika, Ilea, and the recently released Syman. She brings her twenty years of experience working with struggling students to her stories with characters that face loss, loneliness, and the power to overcome.

When she is not writing, she loves running and chocolate and science and losing herself to a grand adventure in a book. She lives with her husband and their tiny rat terrier named CC.
