This is a fantastic standalone MC story about Evelyn, who is an executive assistant for Edward; Edward is the CEO of a large corporation. She ends up dating Edward , something she really didn’t feel comfortable about doing. As the reader finds out, Evelyn finds out Edward is cheating on her when she catches him and she breaks off the engagement. She completely breaks off everything, moves out of the apartment and quits her job. She ends up having to look for new work and finally, two weeks later, gets an interview and to celebrate, her friend Jackie takes her out to celebrate. Its there that Evelyn is tracked by her ex and he tries to remove her from the bar…make her leave with him. That is when this sexy man steps in and Evelyn’s life changes…

Bash is the MC President of Chrome Soldiers. He saw the beautiful blonde come into his place and was unable to really talk to her for she refused to talk to him. He also saw that man come in and start to make problems so he made sure to take care of it and after that, he and Evelyn really get to know each other.. get to know each other in bed. They had some passionate, fantastic sex. It was raw and earthy; but it was a one night stand. Evelyn ends up leaving, thinking that she was just a one night stand and that they will never see each other again. Oh she was sooo wrong. There is more to Bash than she knows.
Due to Evelyn’s ex-boyfriend making her life miserable and making sure she cannot get another job, Evelyn goes for a job interview to Piston, Inc. for an EA position and guess who she runs into there? Bash and his real name is Sebastian Redding, Things become real for Bash. His other life with his real life collide and he wonders how Evelyn will threaten it? Evelyn doesn’t understand how a MC president is the owner of a company.. the hits just keep on coming –twists and turns are all in the story along with some great sex between the MC. I loved the heat and the passion between Eve and Bash. I enjoyed how the story ended. The HEA was perfect and there was a great pace throughout the story.

This is the first book I've read by Aubrey St. Clair and I really enjoyed it. It was well-written and kept me entertained from the first to last page. I liked that it had a unique angle on the MC genre books. He's a MC president, but also the billionaire CEO/founder of a public company. Ok, that can sound a little silly, but he started making custom parts in the bike shop, then it grew as he took on so much business until it became a big corporation. I thought it was very creative and how he was dealing with these two very different roles. It was also interesting seeing how the corporate and MC worlds may not be too different - both can be corrupt, underhanded and sneaky; one just comes across more legit and acceptable to society.

Oh, this is funny. You know how in EVERY romance book the guy always has a very large... cervix crusader (I googled alternative words for penis and that was the least crude one) and then the woman always has the tightest... (ok, the same resource had too dirty of names for vagina). Well, this was a great line in the story as they're having sex for the first time and she's a bit overwhelmed by his size and he's quite taken with her snug fit, Evelyn thinks "I'm sure a retired hooker would feel tight against this guy's c@ck." It struck me as funny at least.

WOW.. I know I have seen this written about this book, but this is not your typical MC book that you read. I really enjoyed the book. Although at times it was a little chaotic to follow but very enjoyable.

We have Bash the President of a MC club leading a double life as the President at night but by day a CEO. And then there is Evelyn who is a Executive Assistance who walked in on her Boyfriend/boss cheating with another woman from the office. this leads Evelyn to a Biker bar with her friend and a one night stand with Bash. This leads to a awkward introduction when Evelyn goes to her Job interview on Monday and comes face to face with her One Night Stand.
Throw in a vengeful ex boyfriend, a MC President leading a double life, a Stand In CEO who wants to run the company and a MC club in chaos and you have a very energetic read.
I really did enjoy this and for anyone looking for a different kind of MC Read, this is for you.

Just excellent

This story grabbed my attention at the prologue and did not let go until the last page. It was absolutely great. I loved Eve and Bash. The character interaction, the storyline, the way the hot sex just fix right into the plot seamlessly. Just loved this one. It's was an added bonus that I got her two earlier books free with this great Silver and Chrome story. Glad I discovered this author that I am going to follow. I received an ARC for an honest review and I honestly loved this book.

This was my first time reading a book by this author;however, it was confusing and interesting at times. First, it starts out kind of slow. This story is about Sebastian (Bash) and Evelyn and their one night insta-lust as well as the unusual way they met. The book described betrayal, secrets within Bash company and his desire to keep Evelyn closed to keep his secret. I didn't feel the connection as much between the characters due to the chaotic and confusing events unfolding. Overall, an OK read!!

Oh my goodness I loved this story between President of the MC Gang who's also the quite and the original owner & CEO of Velocity Bash/Sebastian & Evelyn/Eve who WAS the CE & girlfriend of nobend business man Edward.
We start off where we see Evelyn catching Edward having it off with his deputy's Secretary si she ups and leaves both him and her job & on a night out with her close friend Jackie to the MC's bar Edward tracks her down by tracking her mobile where he's trying to drag her back with him, Bash steps in to help her and after what he had said about taking her to the back she decides to drag gin back thinking that she'd only give him had but things change as she gets all HOT for him and can't say no to her first ever one night stand.
Jump a few days Evelyn's called in for an interview her first since she's been applying but is shocked as Hell when, who'd be sitting there for her 2nd part of the interview no other than Bash or as he's known in the corporate world Sebastian and as he only knew Evelyn as Blondie on their night together. He didn't realise it was her and he told her that he'd ring Edward up to see how she worked abs why she left and ask he did was degrade her and told him that he'd make sure that she wouldn't work in Chicago again and he'd see about it and for him not to hire her. Whilst Sebastian Feels like he can trust her for some reason & she's signed the contract saying she can't say to ANYONE things that are said or going on in the business and feels like he can tell her about his 2 different personas and life. And offers her the job of his CE which after him saying something she didn't like she refuses even though she desperately needs a job.
She still carry's on looking for a job and the couple she gets to go in for an interview they want to know what'd gone on with her and Edward.
Bash goes to Evelyn to persuade her to work for him, which she decides to say but they would have NO SEXUAL relationship which he takes advantage of as she hadn't started yet and she can't say no to. Sebastian's ONLY rule is NOT to go back to the bar again.Sebastian's ONLY rule is NOT to go back to the bar again. They start becoming close quite quickly as he feels add he can talk to her and can be himself.
Things start tumbling down fairly or should I say very quickly when Sebastian's been told things are going to go blow up in the MC though not sure if it's to do with what's happening tí do with things from the business as the gang not realising the truck they nicked with original bikes posts for the new bikes he's getting made which is also something he has to cover to try and get another order in asap.
With Evelyn she gets an email from Jackie asking to pick her up from the bar though it's a set up by no other than you know who and he's yet again trying to drag her out of the bar when Bash saves her again which makes Edward really angry especially after Bash punches him and promises to get back at them.
We're jumping forward where knows that Bash works for a corporate firm as they've hit photos of him in a suit & threatens him that he'd hit 48 hrs to think of what to say to the rest of the team of why he's leaving the MC
Then in his company he gets told his shares are getting brought out by someone. Sebastian feels like his life is falling apart all around him except for Evelyn being there and they're becoming closer, whilst they're trying to figure out who's behind this and EVEN closer when they find out it's ONLY the one and only jerk face Edward & he ONLY WANTS Evelyn back in all ways.
There's an outline of this great worthwhile book by Aubrey St.Clair but I haven't given you what, how and if they'd be able to keep all things under wraps, kept together or what'll happen with Evelyn and Bash or Edward

This for me contained two of my favourite genres in romance, MC and billionaire. I found the start a bit slow to get into but that didn't last long. I loved the different take on aspects of the mc life. Bash/Sebastian was leading a double life. By day he was Sebastian Redding, billionaire, founder and ceo of Piston inc, a company that makes custom bike parts. Then by night he is Bash, President of an MC. He has spent so long juggling things and trying desperately to keep his two lives seperate. Then one night he meets Evelyn, with her friend for a night out, in the last place that Evelyn would normally frequent, a biker bar, his biker bar.
Of course like most romances things don't go smoothly for their first meeting, although he does help her out when her ex turns up to tell her how stupid she is being. One thing leads to another and in an attempt to prove something to herself she has sex with Bash in the back room. With Edward (her ex) determined to have her back by any means necessary, putting an end to any possibility of another job by slandering her character. Little does she know what is to come. When she arrives for her interview, initially all goes well until she meets the executive she is to be assistant for and their worlds collide once more. Bash or Sebastian as he is known in this world thinks its some kind of setup because he doesn't believe in coincidences, regardless tells her about how these two lives came about and his struggle to keep them seperate. He believes that it is safer to have her close to him knowing what she does so he offers her the job.
Things are difficult with Bash still trying to keep things going at Piston inc while trying to keep his club out of trouble but there is discension in the ranks and he isn't sure how deep it goes. He doesn't know who he can trust anymore and when pictures are revealed of him in his corporate life he automatically blames Evelyn and hurts her more than she thought possible. When he finally realises it wasn't Eve who spilled his secret he apologises and finally tells her she is the one thing he thought he could never have, but now can't live without even if he were to lose everything else.
I won't give any spoilers away but needless to say I certainly didn't see those twists coming, but I loved it. My only slight down would be the questions I was left with, What happened to Ripper? What was the deal Edward made? Please, please, please let there be a follow on of some sort. If like me you love MC romances then this is a must read, especially being from one of my favourite authors.

This is a well written standalone with an HEA. It is engaging, has strong, though flawed, lead characters and some confusing and corrupt secondary characters.
Evelyn is an Executive Assistant for Edward, the CEO of a large corporation. After much persuasion, she began dating him and later moved in with him. When she returns to the office unexpectedly one evening, however, she finds him in a compromising position with the secretary of one of the division heads. Evelyn not only walks out but moves out. Two weeks later, Edward tracks her to a biker bar where she has gone with a friend. He rather forcefully tries to get her to leave with him and one of the bikers comes to her defense.
Bash is the prez of the Chrome Soldiers MC. He had noticed the out of place blonde dressed in business casual sitting at the bar earlier and tried to strike up a conversation, but was shut down. He also noticed when a guy in an expensive suit came in and started hassling her. So it didn't take long for Bash to send him and his bodyguards back out the door. Evelyn decides to throw caution to the wind and take Bash up on his prior offer for a tour of the club, including his office. Two weeks later, Evelyn is finding Edward has made good on his threat to ensure she doesn't get another job, but she gets an interview at Piston, Inc. for an EA position with one of the execs. And to her surprise and dismay, the exec is the foul mouthed Bash from her one night stand.
When Bash, aka Sebastian Redding, sees Evelyn standing in his office with the head of HR, his two worlds collide. Evelyn is an unwitting threat to the secrets he has been keeping for more than a decade, and has the potential to bring his two houses down. Because if he is exposed, the MC will see him as a sellout. And his stockholders will see him as an outlaw. But in reality, Evelyn isn't the one he needs to fear.

Wow no I wanted more, I just finish reading this book and I love it, love the characters and love how it turn out to be, I did not wanted to finish this book, I wanted more I couldn't put the book down once I started reading it, I felt in love with the book from the first page to the very last one. I am going to keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.

Evelyn is an EA and works for a billionaire Edward who is also her boyfriend, but that changes the moment when she had to turn round to get back to the office to get something, that's when she find Edward having sex with someone else, now a few weeks later and not able to find a job she let her friend drag her a bar, and not just any bar but a bikers bar, that's when she meets Bash and after Bash saving her from her ex, she decided to have a one while night with bash.

Sebastian ( A.K.A) Bash is the president of an MC and is also the secret CEO of the company Piston, he been leaving a double life for years, and been keeping the secret to himself but all that changes the moment that he meets Evelyn. And after that while night he haven't been able to get Evelyn out of his mind. But what they both where not expecting was to see each other again and more less Bash become her boss, and their world is turn up side down, will they manage to deal with everything coming their way, will their love be strong.

I love the way how Bash and Evelyn are with each other, love the attitude that Evelyn has that she don't put up with no one craps, love the way how Bash is love the authority that comes out of him, and how his not afraid to use his fist, and let me just say that their Sex Scene are Hot.

I really love and enjoy reading this book, Author Aubrey St. Clair THANK YOU for introducing me to this amazing characters and this awesome book love it.

Oh WOW! This was so unexpected. We all have read the bad boy biker with the innocent girl story, but this is so much more that that!

Evelyn is the executive assistant to the CEO of Visions International and she has just moved to Chicago. But she is more than the EA, she is also the girlfriend of the CEO, Edward Stonewall. Turns out that Edward is an arrogant jerk and one night Evelyn catches him having sex with a secretary one night in the office.

Bash is the head of the MC that owns the club where Evelyn and her friend, Jackie, go for drinks. One thing leads to another and she decides that the way she has been living her life isn’t working and so she takes Bash up on his offer to show her the back room. She leaves without telling him her name.

Evelyn is looking for a job, but has only gotten one interview at Piston, Inc. since Edward is threating anyone who even considers calling her in for an interview. Well turns out the Executive at Pison, Inc. Sebastian Redding is not deterred by the threats from Edward. So when Evelyn walks into his office for the interview she is shocked to be staring into the eyes of Bash!

OMG, that was so unexpected and the reasons why Sebastian and Bash are two different people is shocking. I loved it! The way Evelyn fits into Sebastian’s life is awesome! The twist and turns are amazing. The behind the scenes devious maneuvering is just shocking! This is truly a hidden gem and one of my favorites of the year.

I absolutely loved this story. The characters were so well developed and layered. The plot was interesting and full of twists and turns making it quite unpredictable. The chemistry between the main characters Evelyn Silver and Sebastian Redding and the development of the relationship is steady and believable which is a problem with many MC novels. This is not your typical MC novel though with a non-typical club and a non-typical president. It is impossible to know who is on what side, who has figured out Bash's secret and who is trying to ruin him until everything starts to pile up from every direction. This book was impossible to put down. The story flows so perfectly.

Bash's (Sebastian) secret means everything to him. If the wrong person finds out, he will lose everything and so he does not trust anyone. And yet Evelyn has found out his secret by accident and while as any good executive assistant, she keeps others confidences close. That is not enough for Bash though. Evelyn is tired of being used, taken advantage of and never getting credit for her achievements. Edward, Evelyn's ex boyfriend and ex CEO boss is a psycho stalker who is very dangerous and threatens Evelyn's future which pushes her toward Sebastian and the safety he can offer both as a secret CEO and the president of an MC.

I also really liked that there wasn't that constant pushing away and pushing away without reason tot he point of being repetitive and annoying. In this novel all moves are logical and related to the other characters actions and their pasts but each character actively pursues improving themselves and growing which makes this so much more credible and the story so much more passionate. Sebastian is quite the book boyfriend and I was sad to see this end.

This was my first book from this author and all I can say is....WOW!! I absolutely loved it! I'm a huge fan of MC romances and this one was one of the best I've read! I hate reviews with spoilers, so you won't be getting that here! What I will tell you is that it does have some billionaires involved too and that it's not just for fans of MC stories!! Beyond that though, you'll have to read it yourself and I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed! It has a very unique storyline, lots of twists that you never see coming, angst, very likeable characters & some not so much (but isn't that every book! Lol!), and some extremely HOT & sexy scenes that still have my Kindle smokin'!! I liked Bash right from the start. I don't know what it was about him, but I knew he had more to him than what he was showing! Evelyn was a great h in this story! I know there will be some who may say she was weak or confusing but that's not the case. She's a woman who has always tried to do right but is finally realizing that sometimes you just have to let go and take control of your life, stand up for yourself, and have some fun doing it! Which is exactly what she did! I love these two! They had me laughing, frustrated, and everything in between but I was always rooting for them. I really liked this authors writing style as it was smooth, had a great flow to it, and the editing was great! I can't wait to read more from Ms. St. Clair!! This was overall an awesome book and one that I highly recommend to everyone!!

I received this for an honest review by author through Hidden Gem. This was a great story. I have never read any books from this author and love it when I am introduce to someone new. I will defiantly have to check out more books from this author in the near future.

Evelyn Silver had a good job. She thought she had the life she had always wanted. Her billionaire boss was her boyfriend and she was doing everything she could to help make his business successful. Well until she caught him cheating.

Evelyn finds herself in a biker bar jobless and with a friend. She can to help but notice this handsome biker in the bar. It was well to see he was the leader. Thing end up getting hot and heavy between Bash and Evelyn. Just one night and one more mistake.

Bash was doing everything he could to keep the MC on the up and up. The felt like he had some traders in his mist and did not know who to trust. Seems like everywhere he turned his boys were into something.

Bash was a guy who already had more complications then he wanted. He did not do relationship but here was this little blonde hottie that he could not help but want. Things start to spiral when he lets her into his world. His secrets are going to come out if he is not careful.

There are some interesting twist in this story. Some that will blow your mind. Sorry not willing to give them away. You will have to read the book to find out. Trust me when I say they will knock off your socks.

When he offers to take her to the back room she takes him up on it. Now she can’t stop thinking about him, but knows she’ll never go back there again. He can’t stop thinking about her either, but knows it’s for the best he won’t be seeing her again…or will he?

Sexy as sin and hot as h*ll, Silver & Chrome will do it’s best to burn you up from the inside out! It’s thought-provoking plot will catch you and keep you from the very first page. The sexual tension is thick enough to cut through and the follow through will be all you could wish for. Bass is not only the sexy bad boy, but the responsible, honorable hero all wrapped up in one. The sex is erotic, but not nearly often enough! OMG, I guess I’m addicted (lol)! Evelyn went from straight-laced good girl to a lust-induced biker’s old lady and you couldn’t add a more perfect heroine for Bass. This is my first Aubrey St. Clair book and I’ll be rushing to find another. I loved it from start to finish! 5 Stars!

Since leaving her ex, who was also her boss, Evelyn now needs a job. She goes for an interview and it goes better than she expects, until she sees an all too familiar face. A face with too many secrets.
Evelyn and Bash are polar opposites who soon complement each other. They begin to need each other more than they'd like to admit. That is until her ex wants to broker a new deal.
Soon their world comes crashing down. Edward wants revenge.
This is a true love story. From the moment Bash, with his sexy, alpha tendencies and Evelyn, gorgeous and shrewd meet, sparks fly. When these two are together it makes for some INTENSE, RED-HOT SEX ! Man did I love this book! Lots of things happened that I did not see coming!!

The story starts off with Evelyn walking in on her boyfriend/boss having an affair at work, i.e. banging a secretary on her desk. Evelyn takes the high road and walks away, from her boyfriend and her job. Her friend decides she needs a change of scenery and takes her to a biker bar. When the ex shows up trying forcefully to get her to come back, the leader of the local MC, Bash, steps in to save Evelyn and teach her ex-boyfriend Edward a lesson. And then the fun starts....

A hot one night stand between Bash and Evelyn brings the two of them together in a way that neither ever imagined. The chemistry between these two characters is intense. Both are strong and stubborn and not willing to give up on what they want. Things get heated later in the story that will have each wondering if getting involved with one another was worth all the problems that arise.

I love reading a book with characters like these and a story line that keeps me on the edge of my seat. Things happen that are the complete opposite of what I expected and I was so freaking happy when they did. I love that there is so much going on with the characters and seeing how they are going to handle it. Another great read from Aubrey St. Clair!

I couldn't put this book down.I loved the characters and the story line.This isn't your same old MC book its better.It has a twist most
don't have.
Evelyn Sliver is working for her boyfriend and CEO Edward. Evelyn finds Edward cheating leaves him and quite's her job.Evelyn goes out to MC bar with her friend Jackie.Evelyn meets Bash a.k.a.Sebastian Redding she brushes him off at first because of his foul mouth and attitude.Edward shows up he demands she comes back to him and to work.Bash throw Edward out because he didn't like the way he was treating the young woman that had the never to turn him down the first time.After Bash tossed Edward he gives Evelyn a tour of the bar and club and one night stand to remember.Evelyn gets a job interview for a PA at Piston interview with HR Sebastian Redding. I loved this book. I have never read one of Aubrey St. Clair before. I was impressed with the writing. Although this book isn't the typical MC books that I read, it was still great. I loved the characters, Evelyn and Bash.

Evelyn, is so far apart from the MC lifestyle. She's an Assistant and Girlfriend of a Billionaire CEO. Evelyn finds out that he's cheating on her. She is of course bummed out and feels betrayed, but then realizes that she never was truly in love with him. So when she tells her ex that they're through, he doesn't take no for an answer and starts to get back at her by calling all of the other big companies that he has in his back pocket and tells them not to hire her, and that she can't be trusted. She's left with no job, and an apartment that she can't afford. This is where things start to get interesting.

Bash, he's living a double life. He's the President of the MC, and also the Owner of his own company that his MC knows nothing about. He's started this company and built it himself. Now it's one of the top companies that exports motorcycle parts. Things start going from bad to worse for Bash, aka Sebastian, when members of his MC steals a truck of his motorcycle parts that were due to be shipped overseas. Things start going from bad to worse.

Evelyn is pure straight business woman on the outside, but we get to know the real her as the story progresses. She's down to earth, loyal, and willing to sacrifice herself for those she cares about.
Bash lives two different lives and doesn't want either one to bleed into the other. He's Bash, the outlaw MC president and also Sebastian, the millionaire CEO who's risking everything for the good of his club brothers. Which would be fine if they weren't fighting his "help" tooth and nail even without knowing he's trying to help.
He's never let anyone know both sides of him, and letting Evelyn in was an accident. He soon realizes he's grateful to be able to be himself with someone. She fits into both of his worlds seamlessly- she's a hard working professional, but also knows how to let loose and have fun with his brothers. Between the two of them they end up embroiled in a huge mess caused by Evelyn's past and the club's dissension. They have to fight for one another in order for everyone to come out unscathed.

What a hella story! this is so not your typical MC romance
I was couldn't wait to get my hands on this book, I was looking forward to reading it and I was not disappointed in any way whatsoever!
Evelyn catches her boyfriend cheating on her so she leaves him and her job. he happens to be the CEO of a billion dollar company and she was his executive assistant plus so much more. her friend Jackie takes her out to celebrate her first interview in two weeks. they end up at a biker bar and the president of the MC club, Bash, catches Evelyn's eye, they have a one night stand in his office
On her interview she is taken to the man she will be working for... and who do you think that is??
Bash has secrets and now Evelyn knows them.
this story has romance, intrigue and hawt sex!!!
I did not put this book down until I finished it!

This was a great read.
Evelyn is an assistant to her CEO boyfriend and when a decision to return back to the office causes her to see the truth in her relationship when she finds him lean over a desk with another. Her whole life is changed, now she finds herself single, jobless and homeless. She gets a job interview, moves in with her best friend, so all she wants is to celebrate.
Bash is a MC president of Chrome Soldiers and we he sees the beauty that is Evelyn he can't keep his eyes off her especially when her jerked of an ex makes appearance in his bar. tempers flare, Lust takes over.
When Evelyn goes to her job interview she's brought back to the night at the bar. Bash has secrets and when he runs into Evelyn again will he let her see the true guy? I loved this book, it had action, sex, suspense. definitely a must read.

Silver and Chrome is the first book I have read by Aubrey St. Clair. This is not your typical MC read. It was filled with twists and turns and plenty of hot sex! Evelyn and Sebastian aka Bash are absolutely hot together. After catching her ex, CEO of VI, in a compromising position, Evelyn and her friend go to a bar. This bar happens to be the Chrome Soldier's MC Club. Bash, the President of the club, comes to Evelyn's rescue. They find themselves in his back ofice and one things leads to another. Evelyn, without a job now, finds herself at an interview at Piston. She comes face to face with someone she didn't expect to see again. Secrets, secrets, secrets! Walls come crumbling down! An interesting and engaging storyline. These two have sizzling chemistry together. You need to read it to find out the rest! Good read!

Imagine reading the ultimate romance book ! Mc, ceo, drama, dilemma after dilemma, and really really spicy scenes. Well this is that book. Read it in 2 days and I enjoyed every single page. There are twists and turns thru out the entire book and well it's just a great book. The characters are amazing.
Bash is the ultimate badboy. He's the president of his MC and he's the founder of his company. He's kept his two worlds apart for 5 years and then Evelyn comes into his life. Evelyn is a woman who youst to date this guy named Edward another Ceo for a different company. Well he's not very nice. Most of all the other characters you will fall in love with them.
I'm hoping the author might write more on this MC. I really want to know what happens to Snake and Maximus thru out their life.
Would I reread this book? yes. Absolutely!
Would I reread this book? yes most definitely!

This all started off promising and ended in disappointment. I enjoyed meeting Bash and Evelyn. However the deeper in I got, the more muddied it became. There was no trust between Bash and the MC and it seemed like he did what he wanted and was paranoid because of decisions he made.
What irritated me the most was that there was this massive build up where everything was just turning to shit around Bash and Eve and all I wanted to know was how they were going to fight it. AND THEN the entire thing is basically solved 'off-screen' and a half - baked run down is given by a third party which solves everything and they all live HEA.
Sorry. I don't accept that. I felt like there could have been much more to it than what was given. Too many plot lines were started without a satisfactory or even decent endings. This one and I just didn't gel with each other.

I loved the character of Bash. He wasn't just a badass in the MC he was also a badass in real life although no one knew about it. I really liked how he had a hidden agenda to help his brothers steer clear of prison and pine boxes.

Evelyn is the first person to truly see both sides of Bash and it's obvious he is grateful that he no longer has to carry his burdens alone.

The guys from the MC all seem like pretty decent guys, with the exception of Ripper who is bitter simply because he wants what Bash has.

Edward was a douche...that's all I've got to say about that.

There were a few minor grammatical errors but not enough to take away from the story being told. All in all it was a very enjoyable read.

I have yet to see an MC book like this one. The story is fun and unusual. I enjoyed the characters and would definitely read more about them.

Bash and Evelyn are from two very different universes. Brought together by unusual circumstances, they can't seem to avoid each other.
Add in a crazy ex, a MC that seems out of control, and corporate issues...all that is Silver and Chrome.

Now come on, we all have a little outlaw in us, wouldn't you say?


I enjoyed this book and loved the ending. It was funnier than I expected and hits all the right notes. Steamy, romantic, with a bad boy tatted up hottie...then add in the business suit and well, not a single person will be able to say they didn't like Bash.

I've read several books by this author and whether they are about gamblers or fighters or bikers...she always seems to hit the mark and give a perfect blend of sexy, intrigue, action and interesting plots that are fun to read while also being suspenseful.
I liked Bash/Sebastian's character quite a bit and Evelyn was the right woman to hold her own with this multi-faceted bad-boy. The supporting characters were all complex... from the BFF to the slimy EX Edward who made my skin crawl.
I recommend this for readers who like a softer MC romance or corporate espionage type novels.
Bonus content includes two other full length books so don't be concerned with the story ending at 33% on your kindle.

This isn't the normal MC romance book! Evelyn catches her boyfriend with someone else and leaves him. A few weeks later she lets her friend talk her into going to a bar, where it turns out an MC hangs out. The MC President, Bash, catches Evelyn's attention. After a one night stand, Evelyn walks away knowing she'll never see Bash again (he doesn't even know her name).

But Bash has a secret and Evelyn has found it out. Bash needs to keep Evelyn close to make sure his secret doesn't get out. Evelyn doesn't want to be around him though.

This is a good book filled with some suspense, a little intrigue and steamy sex!

This is my first book by Aubrey St. Clair and it was a pleasant surprise! The storyline was completely different from other MC Books I have read. Bash is much more than the President of his MC. He is living a double life that no one else knows about. The pressures are growing and his secrets are growing harder to protect.
Evelyn has just walked in on a compromising and shocking truth herself. Her life has just taken an unexpected turn. A biker however enters her life and changes it in ways she never believed.
The chemistry is definitely there. The sex is panty melting.
Being alone is never as good as having someone to share your secrets with and be yourself.
