I got this book on a whim and it wasn't bad. Cute quick read. Though it was a quick wrap up at the end. I don't like it when books do that. It's like the author, editor, publisher, someone says... oops, I this needs to be wrapped up let me get to the end of the story.
Wouldn't be opposed to reading this author again.

Eden Winters is a lawyer who believes that the next case will be the one that will elevate her career. Declan Stone is a former football player that wants a divorce from his wife. Declan can’t believe the instant attract he has to one of the lawyers that is handling his divorce. Eden and Declan’s chemistry is immediate and as much as she is career driven she cannot deny the attraction she has to Declan. Eden and Declan both have to let go in order for them to have a chance at a relationship.
I thought this one was a good read. I really enjoyed reading about Declan and Eden. Eden was very career driven but Declan was going to show her that there is more than just her job. On the other hand Eden was going to help Declan with his trust issues. It was great seeing there relationship blossom from the very beginning. I can’t wait to read more!!!

I was completely blindsided by the things that happened in this book. It really lived up to its title. Great 5 star read.

Just say no.
I had a very hard time finishing this book. I was not fond of any of the characters and the storyline was too contrived. I cannot recommend.

An ambitious attorney and her billionaire client sound like a cliche plot, but this one actually works. Eden is working her way to partner at her firm and insist on obtaining the position through her merit. Billionaire Declan's divorce case is the one that should push her over the edge. The development of their personal and professional relationships were well written. I thoroughly enjoyed this read.
