Now i have a better idea of what to expect when researching the stated field in the book.
I was hoping that it would be more technical. But this was helpful for what it was.

Simple it troubleshooting book for entry level and junior IT like myself

Loved the examples of how to troubleshoot common issue at the end of the book.

Very good basic book for new IT professionals.

Good Book. Easy to read. Great for beginners

This book is great for beginners and professionals with experience. It covers quickly and to the point customer service, troubleshooting techniques and common scenarios. It is easy and fast to read. Provides what is needed for a Level 1 Tech Support Agent to address an issue in 10 minutes or so.
