Now i have a better idea of what to expect when researching the stated field in the book. I was hoping that it would be more technical. But this was helpful for what it was.
This book is great for beginners and professionals with experience. It covers quickly and to the point customer service, troubleshooting techniques and common scenarios. It is easy and fast to read. Provides what is needed for a Level 1 Tech Support Agent to address an issue in 10 minutes or so.
