This book was good, not great. It was an introduction to the concepts and my problem was that I audiobooked it. So all those abbreviations that make these concepts hard to understand are even harder when someone is reading them aloud to you. That being said, I would have appreciated more stories and context for the concepts to help make the stick.

Skimmed (listened at 2x speed) but also purchased print book. I have a better idea what LSS is, but I got the impression that I was listening to someone's powerpoint notes. Very bulleted. No charts although lots of charts and visual tools mentioned. I appreciated the history on Lean and SS.

Excellent guide to getting started with LSS. Many available books are a little too complex and in-depth for those interested in getting started with LSS methodology. I found this to be very helpful.
