With the advent of modern spiritualism, many spiritualists have emerged, expounding on ‘The Power of Now’ and the ‘Law of Attraction,’ ‘Thought Vibration,’ ‘The Power of Intention,’ ‘Mirror Work,’ Quantum Healing’ etc.

Many spiritual leaders aka Tolle, Hay, Dyer, Chopra, Hicks came out with inspirational books on how to achieve higher thought vibration by thinking positive, staying in the now, mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, forgiveness, equanimity, creative visualization, etc.

Although practicing these does leave you feeling positive, happy and slightly energized initially, it is inherently limited. Real life takes over soon enough, and you come back to square one and feel as if you are sugarcoating reality.

Having majored in Psychology, I have always known that the unconscious mind manifests a particular thinking format and that's how we all grow and evolve as human beings. Mixing spirituality into this format, Shivi Dua has created a guide for people who want to attract positive vibes and goodness.

This book is ideal for those who love to add a philosophical journey to their lives and enrich themselves. In the age of technology this book can be a good rehearsal for delving deeply into spiritualism.

Personally, I have felt that it is a recap of what I have already known. It is a bit slow in between for me due to the prior knowledge of these aspects.
