Two reader-favorite tales about chances encounters and a second shot at love…

Tory is giving Phillip a run for his money—making him all the more determined to show her that even a lady of the law can surrender willingly…to love.
Opposites Attract
Tennis professionals Asher Wolfe and Ty Starbuck couldn’t be more different. Ty is a man known for his devastating good looks and volatile passions. Asher is infamous for her beauty and icy control. Together they had set the tennis world ablaze. Now, meeting again after years apart, Asher realizes that she still loves Ty—deeply. But she knows if she reveals her secret, she could lose everything all over again…
Nora Roberts is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of more than 200 novels, including Hideaway, Under Currents, Come Sundown, The Awakening, Legacy, and coming in November 2021 -- The Becoming -- the second book in The Dragon Heart Legacy. She is also the author of the futuristic suspense In Death series written under the pen name J.D. Robb. There are more than 500 million copies of her books in print.
Two books in one! In the first one, the lady is a sheriff and falls for a hollywood type, against her better judgement. The 2nd is a lot of drama of tennis players and a nasty marriage to royalty that was a mistake, but ends well. Wish there was an epilogue.
The first story was decent. It had some meaning and plot, barely. The second one-completely pointless. I’m used to read about this powerful women in Nora Roberts books, so this story “opposites attract” was completely disappointing and different. I didn’t liked it at all.
as normal love anything Nora Roberts...They way she writes gets me right into the book and feel like I can actually see the people feel the weather. great storys...and great love storys!
