This book gave me many tips of things that I was able to follow right away. For example, the author suggest to start doing something you used to enjoy as a kid. I used to love dancing, so I joined a gym and I am taking Zumba classes most days of the week. My stress level has reduced a great deal, i can focus better, I have more energy during the day and sleep better at night. Doing something small you love to do everyday, and make it a habit melts away your anxiety.

When I was reading this book, I was feeling depressed and having lots of negative emotions. Many times our negative emotions are controlling us and we got really annoyed by people around us. Still trying to install the habits, hopefully I can walk out of it soon.
I liked how it’s practical and a good reminder of what I really need to do at this stage of my life. Overcoming the limiting beliefs and taking a step towards something bigger in life!
