This short, booklet sized guide is a decent introduction to the herb Kratom, its varieties, and uses. Some of the information is repeated more than necessary, almost as filler, which is the reason for my rating. I appreciate the section on the different available strains/varieties, but would have liked to see more references to active properties and their affects.
This book was a little vague. It touched on points but not much detail. It does explain things about Kratom where it comes from. The strains and colors were a little hard to understand.
