This is a light amusing novel I borrowed from my local library several times in the early 70's. I have been looking for it again for many years but couldn't remember the author. I finally found it recently. I don't know why Louisa amuses me as much as she does, but I was delighted to read the book again. I don't know if others would like it as much as I did.
A really funny book! Quite modern despite having been published in the 60s! The main character is hilarious and the story is fun - a girl who is the only virgin prostitute in history. I was quite unprepared for the ending which was great. Would like to know what happened to Louisa. I got this as a Kindle Freebie - good value.
