Caught Up Luvin' A Beast 2
Did Hurricane violate Shaniece and was Reggie shooting him justified? These are the questions running through everyone's mind, but once the truth is revealed, no one is safe. The person who committed the heinous act is out there planning another attack, but not on Shaniece.
Promise has had enough of the beast that she'd grown to love. No matter what she does, it isn't good enough for him in her eyes. However, the two of them can't stay away from each other. Sydney has become obsessed with Hurricane and will continue doing what she feels is necessary to win him back. Will Promise give up the fight for the man she truly loves or does she take a step back and give Sydney what she wants the most; Hurricane?

Annoying read, the author tried too hard to wait out the big reveal on who the bad guy was. The ending of the first one was the only reason to really follow along with this so for nothing to come out of that until way through this one, you lose the excitement. The way Hurricane was doing these women was horrible and Promise was eating it up.
Again, nothing is cute or romantic about domestic violence, abuse is still abuse and Promise was the weakest of them all with all that he put her through. Not in a hurry to read the next one but I know if I don’t I won’t get back to this at all, maybe but…

Should've known
I love some of her books and others like this one really gets on my nerves... the back and forth with him and her is ridiculous why do anything with Tommy i get her being hurt but she knew how he was and she already knew they was sleeping together so why do that to cause more problems and instead of her holding the gun on stella why not collin so he don't get away and why didn't he question Maddy more about whatever plans they was working on and why the hell she didn't tell him about the kiss that same day lord i swear these female characters be so stupid

Loved it want MORE!!!
OMGGGGGGGGGGGG so ready for part 3. I'm going to need Promise and Hurricane to get it together cause they know they want to be together they just stubborn. I don't agree with what Promise and Tommy did cause I feel like it's going to backfire but I guess she said she had to get her rocks off some type of way lol. I swear Hurricane only attracts crazy women. I'm dying to know who pulled the gun on Promise. I feel as though Stella should have told Arnold the first time Collin came to her job and kissed her and took a picture because none of this would be happening right now. Tina J never disappoints this book was excellent great job.

Messy!!!!
Thing's have gotten messy. Shaniece being attacked was heartbreaking. No woman deserves that. Reggie going after Hurricane was a mistake because what he thought was true wasn't. Reggie nor Shaniece have no clue that Judy and someone who wants revenge is behind what happened to Shaniece. Promise and Hurricane relationship is a mess. Promise has insecurities from her ex Tommy but also dealing with Hurricane ex Sydney and sneaky link Maddy causing drama. Sydney is truly crazy and her obsession with Hurricane is sickening. Arnold and Stella seems like a good couple but with Collins perverted, scandalous, and snake ass slithering around trying to get back with Stella and Arnold finding out about what Collins been up to. Drama is brewing. The ending left me shocked. I believe Hurricane deranged ass found out what Promise and Tommy did.

My goodness I’m so tired of Promise and Hurricane’s shenanigans. She keeps leaving due to listening to these trifling women and her insecurities and he keeps doing his own thing with these women because he said he’s single yep. Then Promise did something with her ex even though she’s preggy because of what she saw Hurricane did. This is a vicious cycle and men can do their own dirt, but women cannot do due to double standards. Promise should have never gone there when she’s preggy.
Stella is so naive IMHO and things make her look guilty since she did not tell Arnold about that “kiss” now she’s caught in a situation and lies with that POS Collin.
Let the drama continues with book 3 OMG.

OMG
This was so good it was hard to put down. Keeping secrets only causes trouble and mistrust. Stella should have told Arnold about the pictures cause now it makes her look suspicious when it comes to the situation with Collin. Hurricane keeps pissing me off by sleeping with all these women in the most conspicuous place guaranteeing Promise will catch him. Now she has made the mistake of letting her feelings lead her to an entanglement with Tommie that should have never happened. I can’t wait for Collin, Judy and Sydney to get their karma.

The drama in this book picked up right where the last installment left off and it was something else. Loving the series and these characters. Moved at a steady flow and exciting with so many twist and turns. Ready to move on to PT.3 to see what's next. Another great read Tina J

The suspense is killer
I love these characters. Hurricane is that dude and his boys are always on point. Hopefully they can get rid of the ppl causing drama and havoc so they can be happy with their women.
