EXCERPT: It’s him. An electric jolt of recognition struck her, and despite her worries she knew Sandro instantly. His long strides carried him toward her, hair tossing in the cold breeze and leather jacket zipped over his muscled form. His eyes locked on hers, dark and dangerous, as he covered the tarmac between them. The icy landscape blurred, and time slowed to an agonizing crawl as she tried to figure out the best way to tell him. Sandro, I’m pregnant. “Hi! I’m so glad you called. I was beginning to think you were avoiding me.” He embraced her in a big bear hug that stunned her so much she didn’t lift her arms from her sides. I was. Silence hung awkwardly between them. She couldn’t begin to figure out how to make polite conversation with this harsh truth hanging over them. Sandro looked a little confused. Then smiled. “How’d the book release go?” “It got delayed. It’s out next week.” Her own voice sounded oddly distant. “That’s great. I’m sure it will be a best seller.” “That’s what my publisher says, but I haven’t told them my fiancé left me.” How could you call yourself an expert on relationships when you couldn’t even keep your own? She’d been licking her wounds from this breakup when Sandro burst into her life. “Did you finally tell your family?” She shook her head, as shame crept hotly up her spine. “Not yet.” To her surprise, he laughed. “You’re so secretive. Seriously, you should just open up to people. You might find they like you more for it.” She stiffened, embarrassment mingling with indignation. He had no idea what she’d gone through the past few days. “I didn’t come here for advice. I came because I have to tell you something.” You can do it. Just say it! She could rattle on for ages—on video—about how to apply liquid eyeliner or organize your bathroom cabinet, but when it came to the hard truths she was pathetic beyond belief. “What? You’re scaring me.” He scanned her face. “Are you ill? You look ill.” “I’m pregnant.”

Jennifer Lewis is the USA Today bestselling author of more than thirty books, which have been translated into more than twenty languages.
"I’ve been making up stories since the day I was born. I always loved to draw as well as write and as a child I drew graphic novellas featuring penniless but plucky Cinderella heroines. My love of daydreaming earned me the nickname “Dozy Duck” in Kindergarten, and I still consider staring into space to be a constructive activity.
I was born in Manhattan but my family moved to London when I was six months old, toting me along in a cat basket. I grew up as a Brit and traveled extensively in Europe during my only-slightly-misspent formative years.
I came back to the States to earn a bachelor’s degree in Semiotics from Brown University and begin a journey into the world of trans-Atlantic accents that I have still not fully emerged from. On graduation I returned to New York, where I learned to explain Semiotics on job interviews (“It’s the study of signs and systems of meaning!”) and to apply my knowledge in a very enjoyable career at a television museum.
While organizing exhibits on subjects ranging from Elvis Presley to Monty Python, I began to experiment with writing my own stories. It was quite a revelation to discover that the tales I’d been dreaming up forever could actually be turned into books. After a couple of detours--my son and my daughter--I focused all my creative energy on writing and my first book came out from Silhouette Desire in 2007.
I live in South Florida with my family, which includes an adorable greyhound and four horses.
I couldn't finish this story its just started out badly written. The timeline of when she got pregnant by the prince and when she broke up with her Ex and when she told the Prince she was pregnant just didn't work. Everything happens in a few weeks. How do you even know your pregnant in a few weeks? Timeline didn't add up. Just not worth paying $3.99 for story that the author didn't bother to write sensibly. I RETURN BOOK FOR A REFUND!!
Serena a vlogrr is Pregnant by Sandro a prince she met over Christmas while hiding out from family after being dumped by her Me Right. There is some good storylines in the book including a murder mystery. The characters are pretty good . I think what the story lacks is chemistry. The story spends a lot of time on Serena's insecurities some understandable but after awhile uninteresting. Sandro borders on perfect which makes him a fantasy. How he has determined she is his one and only but not address her concerns regarding his ex by simply stating I broke up with her all is well. Ugh. Since this is a series it is not a stand alone. Aso there are some inconsistencies She lays her phone down on a window sill goes outside without it, but had it in her hands to verify a number yet in the next two scenes she did not have phone. A small point but a distraction non the less. Second she requires honesty from him but she is dishonest with everyone in her life but she justifies her dishonesty. Ugh.
Spectacular! Continuing on from the first book, A Prince for Christmas, Serena and Sandro are dealing with the consequence of their unintended night of passion on Christmas eve. These two really grew as a couple as Serena tries to gain control of her life after she realized that her Mr. Right was Mr. Oh so Wrong. And Sandro tries to include himself in her life and subtlety get her used to the idea of them as a couple with a baby on the way. He absconds with her to his home country, with probably the intention of wooing her. Add in a little palace intrigue and a plot against the royal family(don't forget Lucky), and you've got the perfect recipe for an intriguing story. I only wished our love birds could have continued their vacation for a bit in Sandro's mountain villa. Sandro was the perfect hero for our heroin, who was trying to find her footing and self confidence again after her failed engagement. He gently and passionately broke through the walls Serena tried to build around herself. And Serena in turn made him slowdown a bit from his jet setting lifestyle. They compliment each other in the best ways, and weathered the storms that they were faced with(figurative and literally). It was also pleasing that Serena didn't pull the cliché heroin tactic of not informing the hero of an intended scheme by the villain on the threat of his life. It is easy to emerse yourself and become invested in these characters. It was well written and thrilling to read as you consider even the wonderful cast of minor characters.
Being a member of the Royal House of Leone is dangerous. An unknown enemy wants to destroy them. Sandro Leone has more to deal with. Serena Raines, a woman he fell for over Christmas, is pregnant. She doesn't expect anything from him. She doesn't want to be involved with a royal prince. Serena's life is a mess. Her fiancée left her, she's promoting a book on waiting for Mister Right when she's been dumped and now she's pregnant by a virtual stranger. Can life get any more complicated? This story is filled with memorable characters. I liked Sandro. He's an honorable and caring man. Serena really cares for him, but she doesn't believe they stand a chance. I wish that she more faith in herself. This story had a hero and heroine that I can root for. They have such intense chemistry. I loved reading The Prince's Secret Baby. It's an intense family drama. Altaleone provides a picturesque backdrop for their romance. It was fun to catch up with familiar characters from previous books. This is a well told story filled with a suspenseful mystery and a touching love story. I can't wait for the next book to get answers. I want to know who is plotting against the royal family. Jennifer Lewis is a terrific writer. I always look forward to her books.
IT's just a random choice for me,I read the briefing and said go for this book. The two stories was beautiful written. I will recommend this beautiful story to all my friends.
