This book is a collection of stories similar to “chicken soup for the soul”. Although it is titled “300 psychological stories told by a Harvard professor”, psychology as a subject is far-fetched. Many of the stories are myths and made up. Thus, within the 300 stories, only less than 1/3 of the stories are worth reading, in my opinion. Nonetheless, it is suitable for children to read, and to train their moral education. Adult and mature readers would probably get bored.
