Hotel Hookup: San Francisco

Rate this book
Molly Roxbury travels to San Francisco for her company’s annual sales meeting, knowing she’ll feel right at home: a great city, personable coworkers, and plenty of planned events. Spending a week in Union Square and living in a hotel is going to be like returning to a posh adult summer camp.

And like all good camp memories, hers from one year ago involve Derek, her equal from another district with whom she shared some heavy flirting. This year, though, Derek is the one doing the talking. One morning of fun gives way to another. Molly’s not sure if she’s willing to get involved…But Derek can be very persuasive.

Will they risk their professional lives to fulfill their personal one behind closed doors?

Molly and Derek meet at a company sales meeting and hit it off right away. At the time Derek is married so they are strictly friends. Now one year later at the next sales meeting Derek is divorced and ready to explore the attraction between himself and Molly. Is she up for a little fun with a one week hookup?? Will this fling put their professional lives in jeopardy? Or worse - their hearts??

A good entertaining read and one I would recommend.

Molly and Derek both are sales people for a software company. Molly is looking forward to going to her companies annual meeting which is being held in San Francisco this year. She wants to see her colleagues that she only gets to see sometimes because they mostly work from home.

She hopes to meet up with Derek and tries looking for him but there are way to many people. But Derek has the same ideas that she does and he finds her.

The book was well written and I really enjoyed the steaminess of their adventures outside of the company meetings. If you want a quick enjoyable read with plenty of steam you will enjoy this book.

Molly and Derek had shared the company “Rookie of the Year” award at last years annual sales conference. While they had a comfortable business friendship, he was definitely off limits with that wedding band on his left hand. They’d chatted over the last year, yet at one point the texts from Derek started becoming a bit more personal… more flirty. While Molly was definitely looking forward to seeing him again at this year’s conference, she wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. It certainly wasn’t being yanked into a service closet and coming face to face with her very handsome and sinfully put together text partner… who now was sporting a very naked wedding ring finger.

Five days in San Francisco. Five days and nights to explore what they both were feeling. Their professional friendship was about to become extremely up close and personal.

Hotel Hookup: San Francisco is an extremely hot and steamy story of two people allowing themselves to let go and enjoy each other for their limited time together. Do they have a future beyond the explosive passion behind closed doors… that’s up in the air, but there are always possibilities. Especially with a wedding thread running through all of these stories.

I enjoyed this title for exactly what it is… a hotel hookup between available, concreting adults who have a professional friendship and a passion for each other. If you’re looking for a hot and sexy couple, an interesting story and sexy moments to singe the pages of your Kindle – then this is the story for you.

*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley. That does not change what I think of this story. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*

A passionate hookup between two workers at the company's annual sales conference in San Fransisco.

Molly Roxbury and Derek Watson met the previous year when they both attended their company conference and shared the honor of Rookie of the Year. Molly was attracted to Derek, but knew he was married, so she settled for a friendship only. This year Derek arrives and shares the news with Molly that he recently divorced. There is no holding back when they share their free time getting to know each other intimately. But in the end they both go their separate ways.

This is a quick read with a lot of sexual content. The author did a good job bringing the characters to life and telling their stories. I liked how Molly referred to the sales conference as summer camp for adults and says “what happens at summer camp, stays at summer camp”.

Hotel Hookup: San Francisco unfortunately didn't do a whole lot for me. I didn't like either of the protagonists very much -they both seemed shallow, and there wasn't much meat in the plot. I'm afraid I found it a bit dull.

Hotel Hookup: San Francisco by Annabelle Snow was just not as good as the first one, Hotel Hookup: Austin. this book is longer, almost twice as long as the first one, but unfortunately not twice as good. It´s still okay, good sexy story at a conference, but it lacks in thrill.
The books in the hotel series are:
Hotel Hookup: Austin
Hotel Hookup: San Francisco
Hotel Hookup: Chicago
Hotel Hookup: Miami

Hotel Hookup: San Francisco by Annabelle Snow

This the hookup of Molly Roxbury and Derek Watson.

Molly and Derek had met a previous work meeting but he was married at the time. Due to work obligations they would text each other. Through out the year their text became more personal but still just friends.

They end up at a conference in San Francisco about a year later. Derek is now divorced and Molly is not dating anyone.

Now, they are free to explore the chemistry between them. This is a quick read with hot and steamy scenes. Will this hookup be enough or will they want more?

FYI, contains mature content. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Molly is looking forward to the conference week in San Francisco-not just for the work related information and connections but for the chance to meet up with her co-worker, Derek. Derek works from the Portland office of the same company and they met the previous year and truly enjoyed each other’s company as friends. All year long, they have exchanged emails and test messages that have become more and more intimate. When Molly learns that Derek is divorced, the heat amps up and the week becomes a fabulous time for them both.

A great addition to the Hotel Hook Up series. With this story we are traveling to San Francisco, one of my favorite towns. Molly and Derek met a year earlier with sparks flying but Derek was married, fast forward one year I they meet up again at a business conference, Derek is now a free man. Oh, the sparks are still flying!! Will the week be enough as a casual hook up or will their hearts want more.

A fun quick read with great character development, I highly recommend this story. Can't wait for the next Hook Up in Chicago, my home town!

ARC Review: Hotel Hookup: San Francisco (Hotel Hookup) By Annabelle Snow

Destination Seduction is the outcome in Annabelle Snow's spicy new hookup series. San Francisco is the place for some fun in the sun and a little one on one when two co-workers set their sights on falling in love. Short enough to tempt you into reading the next of this sensual series. Each book will have readers craving more.

This book was above and beyond better than the first book in the series. Although, the ending is made for the title, this is just a hookup. There was far more of a storyline in this book. That made the hookup much easier to swallow. I feel much more comfortable picking up another book from this author.

Note, I did receive an advanced copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.

The ending of the second novella in the series is even worse. In this one, there isn't even a promise of something happening in the future. It's just a hookup between two people who have chemistry and I feel like it was more about scratching an itch than anything else. The man (I refuse to call him hero) has recently been divorced, so the story was also about the woman been a meaningless rebound for him in a way. The series is not for me and I should have stopped on book one.

I voluntarily read a Advanced Reader's copy of this book

A spicy fast paced book. Book two in the Hotel hookup series. This book pulled me in from the first page and couldn't put it down until I finished it. I'm looking forward to the next one in this series and more books by this author.

Thanks to Netgalley and tule publishing for my ARC

Molly is heading to San Francisco for annual sales meeting. She is excited to meet one of her co workers Derek from previous year. They have been keeping touch via text and email. But some of his text seems more than a friendship even though he was married.
Molly was disappointed when she didn’t see Derek.. But when she was pull into custodian closet, she secretly meets Derek. (Which was very weird)
Molly was confused at first but happy to see him again. Finally she finds out he is getting a divorce. Molly wants to see him and spend more time with him but between the meetings makes it difficult for him.. So they get really creative to make their time last. They decided to have this as just a week fling...

Honestly I didn’t really like Molly nor Derek. I understand this was only for week but it seems it just didn’t make it work for me.

The latest in Annabelle Snow's Hotel Hookups is Hotel Hookup: San Francisco. I was ready to be in one of the best US cities for a quick getaway. Snow doesn't disappoint. With Molly referencing her work conference as adult summer camp, fun should definitely be in the mix. I loved the hookup with Derek.

Hotel Hookup: San Francisco is a quick, fun, sexy read and has me wanting more hotel getaways in my future.

Molly and Derek met at a company sales meeting and shared the honor of Rookie Of the Year. Molly and Derek are both salespeople for a software company. Molly and Derek hit it off but Derek was married so they were just friends.some colleagues Molly only sees once a year at this meeting as they work from home. One year later Molly and Derek meet again at the sales meeting but Derek is now divorced. Derek is ready to see about the attraction they both felt the year before. They have a week to hook up but will the fling affect their jobs? Molly and Derek had texted and emailed over the last year.
I didn’t really care for this story I just think it really didn’t have a lot of substance to it. This was hard to stay interested in as far as I was concerned. I also didn’t really care for the ending so I am sure others will like this just not me.
