I. Williams is the riveting and hair raising conclusion to The Twins trilogy by R.G Miller. If you haven’t read the other books yet, I recommend that you do before starting this one- as they introduce the main characters and lay down all of the backstory- which will make this reading experience even more enjoyable.
Ever since Stacey McHill escaped three months ago, Isis has been on stress leave from her job- her behaviour is erratic, she’s become paranoid, her anger management issues are worsening, she isn’t sleeping properly, has lost her appetite, has little regard for her personal appearance or hygiene, has stopped attending her psychologist appointments, is drinking- and slipping deeper and deeper into a depression.
Isis feels guilty and ashamed that Stacey slipped out of her clutches again and it’s almost more than she can bear. She feels like the laughing stock of the whole precinct and the embarrassment is driving her crazy. Her deterioration is affecting her relationship and Annette is really concerned about her what will become of their relationship.
You see, Isis though she had killed Stacey, by shooting her twice in the chest. But in her haste to get to Annette who had been injured, Isis made the rookie mistake of not checking to see that Stacey was in fact dead, nor did she hand cuff her. So Stacey was able get away. That day plays over and over in Isis’ mind and her character was disintegrating under the effects of Stacey McHill’s cunningness.
Going back to work Isis and Annette are placed on desk duty, which further undermines Isis’ mental state. All her emotional turmoil was wreaking havoc on her ability to function and do her job properly.
But somehow Isis needs to find a way to keep it all together and muster all her strength as a new, sinister and quite baffling case begins. Babies are being snatched from all over the city, in broad daylight, and replaced with incredibly life like dolls. Who is taking the babies and why are they being taken?
When Stacey McHill re-emerges and ramps up her terror campaign, Isis will need to keep her wits about her if she has any chance of saving her colleagues and the one’s she loves from the teenage maniac, hell bent on destroying them all. Isis is determined to catch Stacey, even if she has to break all the laws in the book to do so. Can Isis finally put an end to Stacey’s reign of terror, or will Stacey once again prove to be a formidable and elusive opponent?
Once again Mr. Miller didn’t disappoint, he has hit this one out of the park. What a way to end a fantastic series. I was completely engrossed in this fast paced story, I couldn’t put it down- I had to find out what happened and I was rooting for Isis and Annette to finally win out over Stacey.
Mr. Miller pulled the whole series together and wrapped it up really well, with this story. I finally got the closure I was looking for.
I am looking forward to see what Mr. Miller will offer us up next.
Thank you Mr. Miller for an intense, riveting and twisted ride.

I. Williams by R G Miller concludes his trilogy; ‘The Twins’ and what a conclusion!
Fast paced and thrilling we meet up again with Detective Isis Williams and her partner/lover Detective Annette Toni a few months after Isis shot Stacey McHill. Suspended for 3 months after the incident due to her actions at the time Isis returns to duty only to find herself and her partner placed on ‘modified duty’. That soon changes however when two detectives hunting a series of baby snatchings are seriously injured.
Sarah Emerson, a deranged young woman suffering from severe personality disorders is killing young mothers and snatching their babies from them leaving a life like doll in their place. A note is left each time saying ‘I’ll return it in 72 hours’. Upon returning to her apartment she gives the babies to her retarded younger brother who nurses them carefully. Unfortunately, due to Sarah’s psychological conditions, within three days she loses control of herself; severely beating her brother and killing the baby whereupon she dumps the baby’s body and begins the cycle over again.
Isis and Toni find themselves in a race against time to try and find and apprehend the killer before she strikes again. Always on their mind though is the knowledge that Stacey McHill is still out there waiting; and Stacey wants revenge for the death of her sister Jannifer.
Both Stacey and Sarah could be classed as victims due to the psychological trauma they went through as youngsters which affected them and I found myself fascinated by how this affected their future development and behaviour. I thoroughly enjoyed reading The Twins trilogy; ‘The Twins’, ‘Stacey’ and ‘I. Williams’ and found myself eagerly turning the pages to find out what happened next. I. Williams is a fascinating and thrilling read although I did find myself feeling that more depth into Isis’s and Toni’s relationship would have benefited the story further. At one point Toni is both angry and disappointed at Isis’ fear of ‘coming out’ in public but little more is mentioned. Nevertheless, this is a gripping finale to an exciting, thrilling, psychological trilogy that gives us an insight into the minds of more than one killers.

A psychological Thriller
The Twins Book 3
By R. G. Miller
☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆
The Conclusion of the Twins Trilogy. This is a mystery with a thriller twist.

Isis Williams is a detective, suffering from depression and paranoia after the killer Stacey McHall escaped again. After three months leave it's time to get back on the job and find her killer. New captain is not a nice person to work with. And has placed her on desk duty until further notice. But that does not keep her from looking out.

Annette Toni also a detective, and Isis partner is also on desk duty until further notice. When a case comes up, she is placed in charge. She must find the baby killer who is taking babies and replacing them with dolls.

Stacey McHall the twin who has lost her sister. Stacey is quiet at the moment, but still following Isis. Jannifer is now taking over in Staceys mind as well as a few other voices. She wants to get even with Isis and Toni for killing her sister Jannifer. She will not stop till she gets what she wants.

R. G. Miller has become one of my favorite Mystery and Thriller Authors. His trilogy was Fantastic. His story line kept you involved in the fast paced, page turning book. I could not stop once it started. I am looking forward to see what comes next. Wow just Wow this book is intense. Not for those under 18, due to graphic violence and strong adult content. Job well done R.G.Miller

A gritty addition to this addictive series. The protagonists are over the top strong female detectives in New York. There are two storylines running through this book. One a serial killer nemesis that eludes capture and another that is new to this book but just as vicious. Everything is well plotted and keeps you on the edge of your seat.

I received an arc of this book and voluntarily provided a review.

I enjoyed the concept of this book. A dystopia where everyone is endlessly addicted to technology and yet totally self centred and disconnected.

The story focuses on a man who is involved in a car accident which results in him losing his endless supply of dopamine so he is able to see clearly for the first time.

The book was well written and the characters relatable. My only issue was the ending which was very dark.

Very interesting read and I'd recommend.

The continuation of this series didn't disappoint in any way. It was intense, dark, and had the cast of characters couldn't have been written any better. I look forward to reading any other books that this author writes. I voluntarily reviewed an advance readers copy of this book.

I enjoyed this third book as much as the last two but am confused.
In the other books the detectives Iris and Toni had a daughter but in this book there is no mention of her but I can’t remember anything having happened to her.

I. Williams: A Psychological Thriller is book three, and the conclusion of The Twins book series, by RG Miller. It picks up a couple months after book 2, and is a direct continuation of the story. It cannot be read as a stand alone. Miller writes in a very descriptive way, which I love. This book is a true thriller and kept me wanting to read on to see how the story ends. I enjoyed this book more than the previous two, as I felt it had good flow and was much more descriptive of the people and situations, and less on the relationships of the characters. I think it was a great conclusion to a suspenseful story, and give it a solid 4 star review.
This book, similar to the first two, follow two different stories, which meet up together to merge into one. It continues to follow Isis Williams and her partner,Toni's career, in trying to catch Stacey McHill. Isis feels guilty and embarrassed, as she is to blame for Stacey being on the run, once again. She shot Stacey in book 2, and assumed she was dead, never checking for vitals to confirm, thus letting her get away again. Stacey is looking for revenge on the two detectives, and their entire department, for killing her sister. The guilt and humiliation Isis feels is already weighing on her, add on the paranoia of being followed, and she is a mess!
Meanwhile, there is a baby snatcher in town, killing mothers and stealing their baby right from their stroller, and leaving a doll and a note in their place. There is DNA and evidence left all over these scenes, but without the snatcher being in the system, it doesnt do much good. The case becomes even more personal to the squad, when their commanding officer's granddaughter is kidnapped, and then more so when Isis's niece is taken just a few days later.
I had a hard time putting this book down, I couldnt wait to see what happened next, and how the book would conclude. I did get frustrated at the police in the story for it taking so long to catch both the kidnapper and Stacey McHill. However, that aside, I really enjoyed it, and highly recommend the series to anyone who enjoys thrillers. Its like Law and Order, in book form!

“Adversities are like storms… just hold on tight when they kick up, for they will surely blow away.”
I adored this entire trilogy. This book picks up from the second installment Stacy: The Twin and I would recommend highly that you read all three books in order as it will be much easier to make sense of everything that is going on. We follow Detective Isis Williams and Detective Toni Annette once again and even meet a new villain as well as see where Stacy is now. In the beginning Isis is still reeling from letting Stacey slip through her grasp right when she thought she had finally put an end to the psychotic twin’s terror and murder spree that sweeps through Harlem New York. “Her character, her core being, was disintegrating under the weight of Stacy McHill’s cunningness.” Detective Isis does not have much time to wallow in self despair though before a new serial killer threatens the safety of her precinct and the worst possible victims, infants. But, how does the new villain’s aka ‘The Baby Snatchers’ tie into our twin’s nightmare. Hold on till the end, it will all make sense. There are several twists in the story you don’t see coming as a reader and I enjoyed the challenge. I was kept on the edge of my seat and awake till I finished the book in one evening to see what was to become of the whole disaster. R.G. Miller spares nothing to conclude his psychological thriller with a fantastic roller coaster ride ending. I will mention that this is a graphic book, it’s a psychological thriller and you are reading characters and following the minds of psychopaths. In fact, I was impressed that so much information was dispersed in the novel, bringing attention to disorders that tend to be brushed under the doormat unless it is forced into our faces by hitting too close to home. For that reason alone, this book has my accolades. I can’t wait to read more of Miller’s work and see where he will take us next.

I. Williams by RG Miller is book three of Miller’s psychological thriller, “The Twins” trilogy. Do not read this book if you have not read books one and two as it is not a standalone novel. Just as this first two books were, this book was graphic and I would not recommend it for anyone who is squeamish or easily grossed out.

This book continues to follow Detective Isis Williams and Detective Annette Toni as they try to find Stacey Mchill, and deal with the trauma she has inflicted. It has been a few months since Isis dropped the ball trying to apprehend Stacey. Disgusted and embarrassed, the precinct Captain has placed Isis and Toni have since been put on desk duty as a result.

Isis is close to hitting rock bottom. She is struggling and losing her battle with depression. Toni is lost, feeling like she is fighting a losing battle to help Isis as both her partner and lover. While Toni and Isis fight to keep it together, there are babies being snatched and replaced with dolls, and Stacey has escaped prison and is on the hunt! Detective Williams feels the crime is personal when her great-niece is abducted by Stacey.

This was a great ending to this series. Each book in this series got better and better for me. This author will never cease to amaze me with the shock factor that he delivers. I could not put this book down. It is full of twists and turns, is both dark from the evil within the crimes and powerful through the character's strength to survive them. A truly thrilling series!

R.G. Miller

After Isis fails to capture Stacey McHill her and her partner Toni are placed on desk duty. Isis soon ends up on medical leave to deal with severe depression and paranoia. Though instead of going to therapy as recommended Isis spends her days roaming the streets feeding her paranoia. She needs to be on the streets though she is worried about the latest string of odd happening. Babies are being taken from their strollers and swapped out with life-like replicas.

Sarah Emerson is the baby snatcher she takes them home to her brother who suffers from severe mental retardation. He is oh so gentle with the babies and the dolls. Their apartment is filthy from dirty dishes to used cat litter and food containers. Her schizophrenia has a lot to do with it though as well as the incestuous family she comes from. Her parents were siblings as were all her aunts and uncles. By 17 she had been pregnant 5 times none of the children lived.

With the baby snatcher case and Stacey still on the loose it will take every bit of skill these two detectives have to solve these cases..

The final installment of the series is a great read though you must read the first two to understand what is going on. These books lure you in and hold you captive until the last page wondering what is going to happen next. The author did a great job of bringing this story to life.

I Williams by R. G. Miller, the third book in the twins series, is an intense read. This book can be read as a standalone, but I think it would be a lot better if you have read the first two, so that you have a more detailed background of some of the characters.
Isis Williams, a detective who has been overworked and personally involved in the twins murder case since the beginning. She is at a mental breaking point, and her partner/lover, detective Annette Toni is worried about her mental well being.
Stacey McHill, the one twin still alive has wreaked havoc throughout the city, and is still at large. Stacey has a numerous amount if psychological problems, which are the reasons she has murdered so many people, along with her sister Jannifer, who was killed by detective Williams.
With Stacey still free on the streets it's hard for Isis to think about other cases, until there is a new monster in the city. Toni and Williams have to find out who is causing these new murders before anymore innocent people get hurt, all while they have to deal with their new police chief who doesn't want them to do anything but sit at a desk.
The author did such an excellent job exploring so many different psychological problems in these characters that many people have outside of this book. This book had me biting my nails and my mind was taken to dark places of the psychotic mind. I became completely enthralled in this book, even while I'm reading about horrific acts. This is an excellent book, as was the first two in this series, I could not stop reading until I knew the outcome of the characters.

I Williams is the final book in the psychological thriller Twins Series by R G Miller. I think it is important that the previous 2 books in this series have been read first so that you have a full understand of the relationship between all of the characters.
Detective’s Isis Williams and Annette Toni are back again still trying to capture the illusive Stacey McHill. In between this they are also trying to solve as spate of baby kidnappings where babies are being taken and replaced by life like dolls. It has only been three months since Isis returned from extended leave after the last incident with Stacey McHill. Her new boss has put her on desk duty and she is not happy about it! The baby snatching case becomes even more personal to Isis when her great-niece is taken by Stacey McHill and she has to wrestle with the feeling of impending doom as Stacey offers up the baby’s life for the lives and Isis and her lover Detective Toni. Isis desperately needs to keep her emotions in check in order to save the life of her great-niece.
I wanted to read this book because having read the previous 2 I wanted to see what happened to Stacey and to see if Isis would finally capture the remaining half of New York’s notorious teenage serial killers. I have to say I found this book really hard to read, I had prepared myself for it to be graphic like the first 2 but I wasn’t really prepared for the content of this book and I do think the author needs to put a warning about it. As with the other books there are other storylines running at the same time as the Stacey McHill one and in this book it is about babies being snatched from their pushchairs and replaced by life like dolls – I figured out when the chapters were going to be about this storyline and I had to skip them for me I personally don’t like reading storylines that involve children. Apart from the parts I did have to skip over there were some good twists in this book that I enjoyed and definitely didn’t see coming. I have really grown to like Isis and Toni as a working/professional couple and outside of their job through watching their personal relationship grow – they are certainly good for each other!
You definitely cannot fault the author for the fast paced trilogy that he has written, it was detailed and it was interesting to read about the different psychological issues that some people can have and how they can be triggered. I did enjoy it for the most part even if I did find it a bit graphic at times.

This is the third book in the series The Twins, a Psychological Thriller. R. G. Miller did not hold anything back in this book. Stacy/Jannifer is still a threat. She is quite busy taking revenge on Toni and Isis. She is very sly and the master of disguises. She is still a major player in the story.

Miller introduces a storyline of a woman who kills mothers with infants in the park. She replaces the babies with a doll that says she will bring them back in 48 hours. She brings them to her apartment and does the unthinkable with the child. Toni is the lead detective in the case. She is showing signs that she is having a difficult time with the position.

Isis has rebuilt her relationship with her sister that she was not in contact due to their mother being charge for the murder of their father. Her niece has a baby and is a proud aunt. Isis and Toni are together but Isis is not comfortable to show their relationship in public just yet.

Miller does an amazing job with the growth of characters in this trilogy. The action that takes place within the story keeps you guessing until the end.

Will Isis ever find Stacey/Jannifer? Will Toni get her unsub? Will Isis and Toni’s relationship grow or fail?

You will have to read and find out for yourself…..

I Williams by R.G. Miller is the third and final book in the psychological thriller Twin Series. This is the best one yet, filled with suspense, action and murder that has you turning the pages and at the edge of your seat.

The story starts three months after Book two ends and Detective Isis Williams has been out on medical leave after she made a big mistake with Stacey, not handcuffing her. Detective Williams has a feeling that Stacey is following her she goes causing her to have paranoia. Back at work, being put on desk duty is not helping Detective Isis. And she does not like her new boss who is in charge. Finally Isis and her partner were assigned to another horrific case. A killer is out their killing mothers and then taking their babies found 72 hours later. Can Detective Williams keep her emotions in check solving this horrible crime spree. But just when you thought it could not get any worse Isis’ family becomes involved. But will Isis and her partner/lover offer themselves as Stacey hopes? Isis is having a very hard time dealing with all this but truly needs to hold it together for the sanity of her niece.

R.G. Miller hit it out of the park with I Williams. Yes, the storyline is very intense but has it all from the twists, turns and suspense all that you could ask for. It is a dark topic but R. G. Miller has a way with how he explains why the characters act the way they do. He gets into the mind of the characters and he does a very good job getting you to understand the psychological disorders the characters suffer from and why. I definitely recommend I Williams, you will not want to put it down.

I, Williams: A Psychological Thriller (The Twins Book 3) by RG Miller is the third and final story in The Twins series. Once again, this story is a thriller that has action, suspense and excitement. This story is so twisted that it will keep you reading. It will pull you into a world of intense action and murder that will keep you wanting more. If you read the other two stories, this is a must read. This author will keep you on the edge of your seats waiting to see what will happen around the next corner. Find out what happens to these characters when they all collide!

It has been three months since Detective Iris Williams has been to work. She has been on medical leave for depression over mistakes she made on her last big case. As she walks that streets, her paranoia kicks in and thinks that Stacey is watching her all the time. When she returns to work, she is very frustrated that she has been put on desk duty with her partner. What will happen when a big case comes up that could put every baby in the city in danger? When they get assigned to this case, what will happen? She needs to keep herself in check, but can she?

When her current case and Stacey's case collide, what will happen? What happens when the case becomes personal? Is everyone now in danger? Will she save them all? Stacey offers up the baby to Iris and her partner. Again, she needs to keep her emotions in check but can she do that long enough to save the baby? Will she finally find Stacey and bring justice? A game of cat and mouse is being played, who will win? Who is the cat and who is the mouse? Find out who is safe and who is in danger!

This is my third story by RG Miller. This has been one of the best thriller series I have read in a long time. It has just a little of everything in it but it keeps you coming back for more. RG is a grandfather of three grandchildren. He loves to pic up a mic and sing a few tunes here and there. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and is an avid reader. He enjoys listening to R&B and Rock music. Once again, he has created a fast page turner that will totally pull you in. You will need to find out what happens and it keeps you turning page after page. I highly suggest this story as I know you will love this story as much as I have.

RG Miller again shines in another amazing book, I. William: The twin book 3. As soon as I opened this book like I did the other two in this years, I am entranced. From the first word to the very last, I am hooked just like I was with the other two in this amazing thriller series. From the great characters that I have grown to love and to the storyline that grips my heart and my mind. RG Miller truly has a talent.
Detective Isis Williams dropped the ball three months ago on the biggest case of her life, the apprehension of serial killer Stacey McHill. Finally back at work. She is put on desk duty as the captain calling Isis an embarrassment to the department. Isis was upset and depressed after dropping the ball and instead of seeking treatment, she would roam the streets letting paranoia fuel her. While dealing with this, babes are being taken and replaces with life like dolls. When Isis’s great niece is taken, the case becomes very personal even more so that is Stacey McHill that has taken her. Stacey will offer up the baby’s life for the life of Isis and her love/partner Annette. Isis has to stay above the game and stay on the case to save her Niece.
Again, I can’t say enough about this amazing story line and how well I am drawn into an amazing story. RG Miller really has a knack for digging in his head and giving us a thriller that leaves us at the edge of our seats. The regret Isis has by not listening to the doctor, Kill one, kill the other, and is felt so much that my heart breaks for her. I felt every emotion she felt with her struggles from the beginning to the end. She has gripped my heart and I feel this book and the other in this series will stay with me for a long time. I give this book 5 stars and highly recommend reading this book and the others in the series. I will state, make sure you have a whole day free because you will not be able to put it down.

I. Williams -A Psychological Thriller (The Twins Book 3) By RG Miller - 5 Stars

This is the third book in this series and cannot be read as a standalone, be prepared for an emotional ride.

Detective Isis Williams is due to return to work after suffering from the trauma and depression over her blunder that enabled the psychotic serial killer, Stacey McHill escape.

Her partner at work and in her personal life, Annette Toni is worried as she has not sought any medical remedy but instead took to the streets of New York, making her warier of situations not present. She is paranoid of everyone after the infiltration that enabled Stacey to blend into Isis’s work life.

With a new Boss in Charge, Isis and Toni are put on strict desk duties to avoid any further mistake that would be an embarrassment to the department. This does not bode well with either of them.

A new killer is on the loose and babies are being taken and replaced with dolls that look life like at first glance. This new case takes a turn to a personal vendetta when Isis’s Great Niece is taken and held ransom for the life of another she loves.

This book continues three months after book 2 ended and you are left feeling desperate for Isis as she comes to terms with her rookie mistake that let her nemesis escape. Toni is desperate to have the old Isis back and her love is being tested during this story.

Isis is not coping well with the new case and new decisions being handed down by her superior and these poor through the words used to enable you to sympathise. The gruesome killings mentioned in the book are as previous and the ultimatum left for Isis is one hard to bear and I can honestly say I shed a few tears for her.

Excellent ending that I did not see coming.

I. Williams is the third book in ‘The Twins’ trilogy by R.G. Miller. It isn't very often that a third book in a trilogy is the best book in the series but in this case I feel that is the case. I liked all of the books in the series but I felt this book had a better storyline and everything just flowed better. I also felt it was less gruesome than the others but at the same time still getting the point across.

This book picks up after the conclusion of book two. Detective Isis Williams has gone into a deep depression after making mistakes that led to Stacey McHill, the teenage serial killer, getting away. Isis has been on medical leave from the force because of this but now she is back on the job. Her and her partner Annette Toni are trying to solve a string of baby kidnappings as well as trying to track down the illusive Stacey. What will happen when the baby kidnapping case becomes personal to the two detectives when Isis’s great niece herself is kidnapped? Will they be able to solve the case in time to save the baby or will it be too late? Will Detective Williams and Detective Toni ever catch Stacey McHill or will she continue to torment them forever?
I think this book was a fantastic conclusion to a very thrilling and suspenseful series. It was well written and the story comes to a conclusion in the appropriate amount of time.

I. Williams is the third and final psychological thriller book in the Twins Trilogy. This trilogy is comprised of the author’s debut novel The Twins. This series is elaborate, it’s descriptive and it’s insanely intense. The following phrase echos as the books are read: “If you have to kill one, kill the other also.” Those are the words that haunt Detective Williams to her everlasting regret. The author’s writing continues to grow with each book, continuing to share that dark and passionate writing that was first read in The Twins.

Per the author’s synopsis for this book it has been 3 months since Detective Williams has been back to work and she’s on extended medical leave – struggling with depression due to the case involving serial killer Stacey McHill. Babies are being taken during the day and replaced with realistic looking dolls and Isis’ great-niece is one of the victims making the case extremely personal. Stacey offers the baby’s life in exchange for the lives of Detective Williams and Detective Toni, Isis’ partner and lover.

This final book of the trilogy provided us with the final chapters for the twins and the horrors that evoked. Everything you think you should expect is not what you will be given in the end for this – the author will have you hooked and emotionally charged after finishing with dark & intense read. Heart stopping, breath taking sequences that chilled me to the bone. Honestly, this series is not what I would typically read, but I am seriously in awe after finishing these well written books.

I Williams by RG Miller is the third and final book of the Twins series. I would recommend reading the first two books before reading this one so you know what has happened so far. This book is just as thrilling as the first two. This book is a four star book for me. I couldn't put it down and had to find out what was going to happen. There's so many twists, it definitely keeps you thinking.

Detective Isis Williams and Annette Toni still have to battle the twin that is Stacey McHill. Detective Williams made the biggest mistake of her career and now she has to suffer the consequences. After three months, Detective Williams is finally able to return to work but she is not happy when she realizes she will be on desk duty. She knows Stacey McHill is still out there and now someone is terrorizing the city by kidnapping Babies and replacing them with dolls. The kidnapping case becomes personal when Detective Williams' great-niece is kidnapped. Stacey offers the baby up in return for the lives of both Detective Williams and her partner Annette Toni.

Similar to the first two books, this book is quite graphic which you might expect from a psychological thriller. This book offers intrigue, suspense and twists to keep you hooked and interested in the story. If you've read the first two books and want to know what happens, I would highly recommend reading this book.

I. Williams: A Psychological Thriller (The Twins Book 3) By R.G. Miller was just Wow, an amazing end to a great book and series! This book continues to follow Detective Isis Williams and her partner/lover Detective Annette Toni. Is has been a few months since Isis killed Jannifer McHill but did not kill Stacey Mchill when she should have. She will never forget that day! Detective Williams and Toni have since been put on desk duty as a result of the captain calling Isis an embarrassment to the department.
Isis is falling apart. She is struggling and losing her battle with depression. Toni is feels like she is fighting a losing battle when it comes to Isis her partner and lover. Isis refused to get help for her depression and Toni is afraid of what will happen to Isis when she’s out wandering the streets in her depressive/paranoia state. While Toni and Isis fight to keep it together, there are babies being snatched, and being replaced with dolls. Oh and on top of all that Stacey has escaped her prison and is on the hunt! Detective Williams feels this one close to the vest when her great-niece is abducted by Stacey.
This was a great ending to this series. I think book three was by far my favorite book. You should defiantly read the first two books before reading this one!! Although I was sad to see the end of the series I felt like it was done in a very good way! This story is full of twists and turns, its dark and very powerful much like the other books.

What can I possibly say about RG Miller’s final book of the twins trilogy? How can I possibly say anything that won’t give away the ending? Well here I go, RG Miller has kept me on the edge of my seat for all three books, waiting to find out what happens to the great Detective Isis as she hunts down the final twin, Stacy McHill. After Stacy escaped in the last encounter with Isis and her partner Toni, Detective Isis did not take it well. After taking a leave of absence, Isis returns to take second chair on a new serial killer that is threatening the lives of women and their babies. With a new captain, who has taken an instant dislike to Isis, she must overcome her own fears about Stacy and focus on helping her partner catch this new killer. This new UNSUB kills the mother and steals her baby, leaving a doll and a note saying they will return the baby in 72 hours. With the bodies piling up and under the constant threat from the Stacy/Jennifer persona, Isis is quickly reaching a breaking point she might not come back from. Isis may lose something very close to her if she doesn’t stop this insanity quickly. Can Isis and Toni survive this new threat? Will they be able to deal with Stacy/Jennifer as she starts to fight herself? In this final installment, the story finally comes to a dramatic and surprising end.

The book starts off after the aftermath of the chase for Stacey. Isis Williams is broken and mentally scared, her friends are gone and she is lost in her own world.

There is a new serial killer in the city but Toni and Williams are side-lined due to a new captain in the prescient but not for long.

Sarah has had an abusive childhood, her parents where deviants and they held “family” parties which the children where the party favors. But Sarah has a secret, her brother Samuel has a mental disorder but has always wanted children and Sarah is always ready to find a baby for him to look after but what does she have to do with the mothers!!!!!

This book delves back in the mind of Stacey and her vengeance with Detective Williams, and Isis is still battling with her demons that she messed up when she had Stacey in her grasp. I enjoyed the fast pace of the book and for the great twist at the end this is definitely a great book to conclude with. This is not a stand-alone book you need to read the series, I know my review is vague but I feel you have to read the book to truly understand this thriller properly.
