I think Blabber Mouse has a good lesson that a lot of children could potentially relate to--whether that be that they have a bad habit of not keeping secrets or that they know someone who isn't good at keeping secrets. I think the books handles the situation in a great way and provides Blabber Mouse a healthy solution to his problem. The illustrations are also fun and will keep young students entertained.

I really like how in this book blabber was someone that just really loved talking and he cared about his friends but every time his friends told him a secret he would always tell everyone and I really like how they taught him at the end instead of saying it out loud to write it in a journal so that way he would be able to keep a secret and I really did love that about this book.

This is is good book to show a few ways of kids who just can't keep secrets. Everyone knows Blabber likes to 'blab' and they have to do something. Maybe not the best way to show your friend how to keep secrets, but there are good takeaways. I think the illustrations are great, as well.

They throw a party for the mouse who tells all their secrets so that he learns that not telling secrets is good? Not the strategy I would use. There are presents and everything. One of the presents is a journal to put all his secrets in. I do like that part and think it is a good strategy.

Blabber Mouse loves to talk, talk, and talk. He can't keep secrets, he gossips, and spreads rumors. His classmates decides that they have had enough of Blabber Mouse's blabbering, and they put a plan in motion to curb his constant blabbering.

I love reading this book. I think it is such a good picture book to read to second graders who are starting to tell gossip around the classroom. Blabber mouse has an issue with his friends because he can't keep his mouth shut and has a hard time keeping secrets. Blabber mouse then tells his teacher that they forgot to give out the homework and his friends decide that they need to say something to Blabber mouse. They decide to throw Blabber mouse a party and give him a diary to write down his secrets. In the end, Blabber mouse shows that he can really keep something to himself. This is a funny school themed story that brings mice characters to childhood issues while using a comical voice. The illustrations, word bubbles and ideas that are used throughout the book bring a delightful lesson that all students should learn from and listen to. I highly enjoyed this picture book for children. It's a reading level of a 3.3 so I would recommend it to 2nd-4th graders.

This book is about a mouse who has a big mouse. The mouse tells everyone everybody elses secrets and likes to gossip. By the middle of the story no one wants to their friend and the mouse starts to feel alone. By the end of the story the mouse realizes that telling everyone everbody elses secrets isn't a nice thing to do and that if someone tells you a secret you should keep it to yourself.

What a great way to deal with blabbers mouths way of telling secrets. They didn't shun him or get mad at him, they gave him a way to deal with his compulsion to be a blabber mouth. I liked that a lot. This book showed that you dont always have to be mad at someones short comings, just give them other outlets. I like this book.

This book has a very beneficial lesson that everyone needs to learn. Secrets are not meant to be shared. Reading this book to a class would be very benefical because it includes a lesson that all students need to learn. Students need to learn how to keep a secret.
