Loved the first two books. But this one I found to be very boring. Some chapters I skimmed through. Some were interesting as updates from the other two books. She seemed like she jumped around a lot. I am glad she finally found her happiness and become a good loving mother to her own child. Wish her other siblings could have found their way through the darkness from their early years.
This was better than its prequel. It was interesting to hear how the family had turned out, but weird that one sister's name suddenly changed from Jenny to Josie. Perhaps the author got confused and used her real name instead of a fictitious one, but it seemed like an oversight. Enjoyable overall, but way too much detail sometimes.

I love the entire 'Amelia' series by D.G. Torrens!
The cover of Amelia #3 says it by showing the loving Mother with her affectionate daughter. The third installment of the series is by far my favorite. Amelia's dreams come true and then some. The love between she and her daughter is perfect. Smodges! Highly recommend.
I have binge read the Amelia series and to be honest this one didn't grab me in the way that the first 2 books did. nevertheless it was nice to catch up on the various aspects of Amelias life.
Loved this book. Great sequel to her first book. Great to know she triumphed after such a horrific childhood I recommend this book. I read it in one day
DG Torrens Amelia the Mother Book 3 in this series. Have the tissues at hand, this book was hard to read so it must have been very difficult to write. Amelia as a youngster had life so very hard and she was determined it would be different for her daughter. This is probably the hardest book I have read in many a year. Follow Amelia through her life as it is now with her own child a child that is loved by her parents, Amelia has now found a happier life with her daughter and wonderful husband Lucas. You will love this book but remember the tissues. 5+* 01 February 2017.
