SEVEN: A Novel of Domestic Terrorism

Rate this book
Robert Smithson is the FBI's worst nightmare, a biochemist trained in developing weapons of mass destruction ~ and crazy enough to let those bugs and toxins loose on the President of the United States, his cabinet, members of Congress, and others in the government that helped to get us into the war in Iraq.

Can Bill Peterson, the FBI's lead agent on the case, stop this madman's plan to recreate the biblical plagues of Egypt to use against the government?

This exciting thriller plays out as a deadly cat and mouse game between an unhinged genius and the dedicated agent trying to catch the terrorist before he kills again.

And then the stakes become higher for Peterson, as the killer decides to come after Peterson and his family...

Tom Clancy and John Sandford style!

Interesting premise, very topical to today's situation although set during the early years of the Iraq war. The author obviously knows a lot about the inner workings of the law enforcement and security services. The book could have used more editing to clarify facts and correct typographical errors.

Dual personality

I enjoyed the two sides of the storyline but would have liked a bit more depth. All in all a good story
