Good Insight
I don't do 5 stars unless the book is so great and has information that can not be found anywhere else that it is truly the go to source. However, this book is great for anyone who wants to know the ins and outs of an LLC and why you should set up as one. I recommend this to any new business at startup before you create a business model.
