ANOTHER CHANCE by Daniel Patterson book # 2 in Penelope Chance series Penelope is puzzled.by the robbery, which involved Jacob, and now return of the items. To top it off, she's not to be investigating it, because Jacob was her fiancé. A fortune cookie fortune, and photo he had kept, were now missing. She's on vacation, to be planning her wedding, will that be, or is it the case that will consume her attention. Another good story to go with book one. Enjoyable reading, and looking for more by Daniel.

Great Mystery!
Well developed characters. A puzzling suspense mystery with Christian main characters that would have kept me guessing except one reviewer told one of the names of the "bad guys". That was disappointing.

A Very Riveting Book!
This book was very captivating from beginning to end. The ending was very unpredictable and shocking. It’s hard to hold my interest unless the book is really good and it is. I’m really enjoying reading this author’s books. He has not disappointed me yet.

Enjoyed the book
It was a cure mystery with a few twists and turns. It took a while for the plot to develop, but the last half was entertaining p.

Surprisingly good book with Christian overtones making it a safe read, avoiding some of the gratuitous sex scenes many authors seem to enjoy presenting, but which add absolutely nothing to the story

This is an excellent book. The author did an excellent job of keeping the mystery in the mystery. I never caught on until the last chapter.

Liked it a lot
A fast-paced story whose main character, policewoman, Penelope Chance, gets herself involved in a case affecting her fiancé, Dr. Jacob Gordon. There might be a red herring or two, but all the characters are interesting and there are several surprises that you may not see coming. It's a good, believable mystery which is very hard to put down. Enjoy!

Thank goodness for second chances. What a great following story to One Chance. Yet again, Franklin (FL) PD officer, Penelope Chance investigates a crime too close to home. The clues are difficult to find and do not make sense when found. Add in emotional leftovers from the past and Penelope continues communication with family, mentors and her Creator. Finally the mystery puzzle becomes clear and results in a satisfying ending.

This is the 2nd book in the series and I enjoyed it more than the first one. I did figure out the killer but there was still a little bit of a surprise that I didn't see coming at first.
