A super short but satisfying story. It's light and a feel-good story. One of my favorites by Flora Ferrari.
The story is about Luke and Zoey.
It's her first day of college and a boy grabbed her ass around the campus but before she can do anything about it, a man lifted the boy up, slammed him into the wall and told him to apologize.
The said man was her dad's best friend, Luke. He was a Navy SEAL. Now, he's teaching at the University and she's his student.
He gets what he wants and he wants Zoey. Not just for now but forever.
It's a nice story with an epilogue and an extended epilogue.

Older HOT guy.
Zoey is away in college finally doing her own thing but when a group of immature guys grope her Luke is there to show the boys how not to treat a lady. Luke thought the girl was hot from behind until he sees her face and turns out to be his best friends daughter. OMG right? only Zoey has loved his for so long and having him work at her school has her thinking finally she might have a chance with him.
This was hot book and definitely checking out more books.

Perfect smut-tastic escape after reading a book with such heavy material. Since there are 222 books in this series, I might read one after every book just to unwind. They're just over the top fun. 🤭

A well written sweet romance with a nice storyline and plot. Likeable and well described character in spite of the short story. Great chemistry and passion. An ex-Seal has a class at a University and here he meets his best friends daughter. Absolutely instant attraction and possessiveness. I like their journey towards their HEA and how they handle it together.

On her first day at college Zoe is groped by a fellow student and she's just about to say something when she realises she doesn't have to! She has been saved from further humiliation by a REAL MAN.. And she knows who he is! He's her dad's best friend and a Navy SEAL who she has crushed on for most of her life. It's been a while since she last saw him but, oh my, he's just as gorgeous as she remembers. It's only when Luke has dealt with the youth that he realises that the young woman that he came to save was none other than his best friend's daughter and she is stunning. In fact, it's more than that, he realises that she is His ONE and ONLY. She's grown up in the most delicious way and he must have her but how to tell her? This is an instant love [although she had loved him for years] between an older man /younger woman that will take your breath away. He is so calm and self assured and she is ready to take on the world at his side is very obvious and Flora Ferrari has made them both very likeable and such a great fast paced read. I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Zoey and Luke Bryant. On Zoey's first day of college it is like high school all over again. The name calling the fact that her ass is grabbed, she thought it would be different in college. There is something different though. A man who she thinks looks familiar comes to her rescue. Luke's first look at Zoey in years has him thinking what the young boys did what a butt. He however respects women and would never just touch without making sure it is welcome. Both of them feel the attraction but can they really have the HEA they crave or will outside forces make sure that never happens?
This is another amazing hit from this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Liked It A Lot
Very entertaining book. I really enjoyed reading it. I do hope since the writing of this one, Flora has either gotten a new editor or they have improved. This book has way too many typos for a published version. However, that does not affect my opinion or rating of Leader. It is a great book on it's own.
Zoey has had a huge crush on her dad's best friend Luke for years, knowing nothing would come of it. For one, he is navy Seal, almost never around and for another, much more important reason, he is about 20 years older than her. Imagine Zoey's shock when she learns that not only is Luke a new teacher at her college but he teaches one of her classes.
When Luke lays eyes on a very grown up Zoey, he doesn't want to ever look away again. He's mesmerized by her beauty. He knows without a doubt that she will be his, it's only a matter of time.

Here we have a not really a typical older man - younger woman setting as here the leading man is a former SEAL teaching at a university without being himself from the acadmic sector. This is a fun twist to the usual professor settings when stories happen in universities. It is quite short but really condenced and quite good given how short it is. It manages to cover most of the neccessary bases for a story and has remarkably few errors which I hope will be phased out here in the advanced reader setting so you the beautiful reader can read this one without these minor flaws. All in all it is a job well done on this book so I can at least recommend it quite well. When a story keeps me there for the time it takes to read it, I can only say that is well done! So just enjoy yourself.

Though the overall story wasn't really bad since there was insta-love(assumed, not said), and an HEA, there was not any real chemistry, no sexual tension, no doubts about them getting together, and the sexytimes were bland, rushed, and minor. I also had to get past Zoey's either low opinion of Luke or her inflated sense of herself: within minutes of meeting him again, she 'knew' he'd have sex with her when she offered. Really? That was a big assumption figuring they hadn't seen each other in years, he was her father's older best friend, he was her teacher, and he was a SEAL which meant he had integrity. The rest of the storyline was meh and left a lot of questions unanswered such as What was the purpose for her reaction to his first phone call? Why the red dress if she didn't want attention? A good book by this author in this series is Fireman's filthy 4th.

Leader is the second book of Flora’s that I have read.
Although I enjoyed this book, I wish there was a little more to it. I was expecting Luke to get into trouble or to loose his job for sleeping with one of his students but he wasn’t. There was no drama from Zoey’s parents over dating a guy that is their friend and that is twice her age. This book is a quick and easy read; it is easy to follow and is fast paced.
When Luke spots a beautiful girl being harassed by another student he is quick to step in and help her. What he doesn’t expect when she turns around is for it to be Zoey, his best friends daughter, all grown up. But her fate is soon sealed when Luke decides that she is the woman for him. Luke is going to make Zoey his no matter what.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the older man/ younger woman romance between Zoey and Luke. Zoey's father and Luke are best friends and when Zoey starts college, she is surprised to find Luke has retired from the Navy SEALs and is now teaching a course at her college. Zoey wants Luke and when he sees her, the feeling is mutual. I enjoyed this story. It was a quick and steamy read without any conflict. I love how Luke defended Zoey, even before he knew it was her. I think they were good together and i liked Zoey wanted to finish school. Another good one from Flora.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. Loved this story about Zoey and Luke. He's a Seal who is starting to teach a college course but he's her dad's best friend. She's in her first year is school and has had a crush on him forever. When he sees some guy grab the girl's butt he doesn't think be reacts. Then surprise to him it's his buddy's daughter. It's like a light bulb goes off, they have a connection and a chemistry that's undeniable. It's a fast paced story and has a HEA.

This is yet another hot read by Flora Ferrari! Zoey is surprised when the man she has crushed on forever is now her professor. Luke, an ex Navy SEAL, is best friends with Zoey's father and has watched Zoey grow up. He cannot believe how beautiful she is. One look and he knows he has to have her. When Luke finds something he wants he goes after it! This was a quick and steamy read that left a big smile on my face!

Pass me an ice pack! You need one while reading this story about Luke and Zoey. They meet again when Zoey goes to college. Only Luke is her professor but the rules will not apply for these two. It's an instant red hot affair with all the consequences that come along. Oh! did I forget to mention that Luke is best friends with Zoey's dad. Read the book to find out what happens! You won't be disappointed.

Loved this storyline and the characters. They were so realistic you could just see yourself knowing them and being one of their friends. Zoey's just starting college and runs into Luke, her father's friend and retired SEAL. She finds out he's going to be one of her professors and he realizes that she's now grown and he wants to be her forever.

A heartwarming fast pace beautiful romance. The storyline is flawless, quite enjoyable, and very interesting. It is a page turner with strong and upfront characters. The chemistry between them is potent, hot, and off the charts. Quite the enjoyable read and strongly recommended.

I am a huge fan of Flora Ferrari and this series of men who go after what they want is really great. My only issue with her books is they are to short and they are so juicy you just want them to keep going and never end. Highly recommend reading any of her books.

She is tired of the boys in college and wants a real man. Will he be up to the task?
I loved the fact that these two had a background together. I liked the fact that he was determined to have women treated with respect and wasn't going to let others treat them differently. I loved the fact that she knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to show it! Good read!
