Carl Knight, a rock musician, falls in love at first sight with Genevieve Randall, despite the fact she is ten years his senior and has a grown-up daughter named Laura
This book was so much fun to read, like all of Susan Trott's books. Lots of unexpected plot twists. By the end, however, I just couldn't feel satisfied with the choices the protagonist, Gen, made. That was disappointing.
Ugh! I love (and I have read Trott for two decades now) Trott's stories; however, this one irked me. A strong, independent woman becomes weak and powerless when she meets a younger man. Hated it!
