This book actually really did fascinate me, even though it is really short. The idea that 2 boys go off, make there own amusement and no-one telling them you cant do something because is not safe is a completely weird concept...and the book is only set in the 1970's! :D Every modern teenager should read this...Its just so surreal everything that happens :P
