Slashing through the Snow: A Christmas Horror Anthology

Rate this book
It's the winter holiday season alas! Everyone is hanging their Christmas trimmings and stringing up mistletoe preparing for the season to come. They are tucked away safely in their suburban homes in front of the fire enjoying their hot chocolate. However, what they fail to acknowledge is that danger lurks in the shadows and in the corners of their homes waiting for them to turn their backs. What if this holiday season, your merry yuletide gays are slashed into ribbons while you lock yourself screaming in your bedroom?
In this horrific anthology, a league of authors came together to write their scenes of terror for the holiday season. Blood is splattered on the snow and Santa Claus isn't coming down anyone's chimney any time soon. Slashing through the Snow will be a holiday book leaving you to wonder if Krampus is the only dark side of Christmas needing to be feared.

Nothing says Happy Holidays like a collection of good horror stories and trippy ruminations on elves. The fact that it has the benefit of my presence between its covers is merely a coincidence.

I was so excited to read this book but it didn't go to all the places I was hoping it would. Still, there are some gems in here, buried beneath the blood-soaked snow.
