The only reason I didn't give this 4 stars is because it's hard to get teens to pick up a book....let alone one with a health and fitness focus. BUT, with that being said, this would be a great gift to the 16-year-old in your life, or for that high school graduate heading off to college. Put this in app form and make it accessible on their tablets, and you'll have a hit.
