I love that cover model. Anything he is on catches my eye!

This was pretty cute. Fantasy comes to life for a game designer who finds herself in the middle of nowhere with the man of her dreams.

-no cheating
-no ow/om drama - her boss has the hots for her but it causes no problem with this couples relationship
-no pushing away
-a few steamy scenes
-no epilogue which was very disappointing for me

Holt knows how to give a woman a compliment, "if you'll excuse my language," he said as he stepped closer, "you looking effing hot." Holt is a manly man, his type of first aid is to get physical, "of course, if you think the bruise is bad enough—" He rubbed his callused thumb across my bottom lip. "I'll bet this mouth has a healing power all its own." I liked this book, Holt was real sweet.

Tess is weaving her magic once again with this 5th Instalment of Silk Stocking Inn.

In this book we have Jen who's a grahic designer of a gaming company. The employees are given an all expense paid weekend getaway, but she's not 100% decided (later decides to go). If you've read the previous 4 books you know what happens next...... yup the mysterious SSI website **giggle**. On her way to her destination and she gets lost but is rescued by the shock of her life! (I won't tell you why, you have to read it!) But never the less Holt is beyond yummy! Sparks are immediate between these 2. Lets not forget Coco, we are given just a teeny tiny hint?! (i would like to think so anyways) into her past!!!!! yup certifiable proof (again to me anyways, although i could be wrong lol) that Coco wields magic of some sort cause there is NO other explanation for what we (and I mean Jen) sees **wides eyed**

READ IT! READ IT!! This series has me HOOKED!

Love Tess Oliver and Anna Hart, these ladies know what makes a good romance, sexy alpha males and hot times between the sheets. Sugarplum book 5 from their Silk Stocking Inn Series is so yummy. Jen the h and Holt Ziggy the Hero have chemistry oozing off the pages. He is her dream man, she created her action figure for her game and he looks just like the Holt Ziggy she meets at Silk Stocking Inn. Holt is gorgeous, strong, has a body full of tattoos. Jen will be taken on a wonderful weekend filled with snowmobiles, sugarplum cupcakes, bubble baths and walks in the woods and right beside her is green eyed sexy Holt. He calls her "Snow Angel" and will make her scream in pleasure.
I absolutely loved this story and I hope you all go out and get a copy.

Sugarplum is the 5th book in the silk stocking inn series and it doesn't disappoint! Every so often I love an instant love story and this series is my go to....and Coco is at it again, playing supernatural match maker with Jen the video game graphic designer ,and Holt , super hot, snowmobile racing, forest ranger. The connection is felt right from the beginning when Jen slides off the road during a snow storm and the spitting image of the game character she's been creating comes to her rescue. Great quick read and a perfect addition to the series!

This has been my favourite from this series so far. I love the subtle magical twist that you get with each of these stories and once again this was a quick, fun, sexy stand alone read. A great way to escape from reality for an hour.

I loved it. Another great book by Tess Oliver with Anna Hart. All the books in the Silk Stocking Inn are wonderfully written. This book gives you a little more insight into Coco life. It's a fast paced romantic/fairytale read. It has just the right amount of excitement, danger, sex and fantasy. Kudos to the authors. I am looking forward to reading the next installment. Well done ladies.

This is Book 5 in the Silk Stocking Inn. Lived the characters. A visit to the Inn makes all your hearts desires magically come to pass. And in this case some fantasies too. For Jen it is like her heart's desire stepped right out of her computer game she is designing!! Love this series and hope to learn more about the mystical Coco.

Have I told you how much I love this series?!.....and never has a cover brought to life the Hero as this one......could totally picture Holt all the way through this story!
Tess and Anna have done it again!! Jen finds herself stranded in the snow whilst trying to find the lodge that has been booked for her company weekend break...........Holt comes to her rescue and takes her to the Silk Stocking Inn......I love Coco!! And her baking! And this guy! I love these short, sweet, extremely hot reads!

This book was fantastic! Sugarplum is book five in The Silk Stocking Inn series by Tess Oliver and Anna Hart. Sugarplum is the story of Jen and Holt. Jen is a successful graphic designer for a gaming company. Holt, in addition to being hot and sexy as hell, is a forest ranger who also races bikes on the side. Once again the magic that surrounds the Silk Stocking Inn happens, and the fantasies begin as Holt is the spitting image of Jen’s latest video game character that Jen and her friend, Tanya would stare at and drool over at work, wishing such a man existed. The company’s latest video game is getting enormous sales and feedback, so Jen’s boss has invited everyone at the company to spend the weekend at a ski lodge that he has paid for to celebrate, and that is where the strange, yet wonderful fantasy begins. Jen has driven off the road and into a snowbank where Holt makes his magnificent entrance and rescues Jen. The Inn’s owner, Coco is once again serving up her magic in meals and pastries, along with so much more. We even get a look into Coco’s past…or do we? This is a short, but wonderful love story that only Tess Oliver and Anna Hart can deliver. I read this in one evening; an evening where I was whisked away to a whimsical weekend with Holt and Jen. The chemistry between Holt and Jen was off the charts. The sex scenes were so unbelievably HOT. I think it caused some of the snow in the winter wonderland the Inn was located to melt. I really loved this book. I cannot pick a favorite in this series. Each one has a different story, with Coco as a returning character, a beautifully told love story, delicious pastries, sexy hunk of a man, fantasies galore, and enough scorching sex scenes that will leave you so hot and bothered. You even get the recipe for Coco’s mouth-watering dessert at the end of the book. You will experience so many feelings with this book, and it will leave you feeling quite hungry…in more ways than one. Thank you Tess Oliver and Anna Hart for another amazing book. Sugar Plum by Tess Oliver, is the fifth title in her Silk Stocking Inn Series, and it can be read as a stand alone, but I personally am glad I have read the whole series in order. This book tells the story of Jen, a successful young woman who works in the tech world creating graphics for video games, and although she has a good life, she does not have anyone special in her life.

After a big success for the company, her boss has arranged for them to all go together on a weekend ski trip. Deciding to drive herself up the mountain, she hits ice and spins out of control and is now stuck in a ditch.

There is snow everywhere, and she hears the sound of snowmobiles and a man approaches her to help her and she almost faints when he looks just like the graphic she made for the latest video game-only better-he is real!

After determining her car is not going to be going anywhere, he takes her by snowmobile to The Silk Stocking Inn, where she meets Coco, the woman known in all of this series as a type of fairy godmother. The young man who brought her to the Inn is Holt and he is a total alpha male and Jen feels instantly attracted to him, and she finds out he is also staying at the Inn.

This book in true Tess Oliver fashion, catches one's interest from the first page until the last sentence of the book is read. There is a lot of action, angst, plenty of hot scenes, and is really magical, where things are not as they seem, which makes it even better!

What is the secret of The Silk Stocking Inn and Coco? How are these wonderful people thrown together when in normal everyday life it would never happen? You will just have to read and find out, after all it may be magical but love is real!

I gave this book 5***** Magical Stars, and can't wait for the next one. On top of all this you even get a cupcake recipe- tried and tested by the author! Check into this series, I know I am so glad I have!

This book intrigued me! It took me a while to realize what was going on, but so did Jen *giggle*

Coco here plays the good fairy mother, the Cupid, whatever you'd like to call her. The woman obviously has "magical powers". Well...I never thought I'll enjoy this kind of story! Guess I was right because I did not just enjoy it, I loved every damn word, sentence, phrase, chapter. It's my first book in this series so I'll totally read them all!

Jen is a designer for video games who designs her perfect man and since then she has some kind of a crush on him. Silly, right? Because the man doesn't even exist. He's just a character she drew. Right.

Holt is that type of a man who screams power and control. He's a close friend of Coco and a ranger for the local forest. He also likes to do snow racing and all that kind of stuff. I liked how bold he was with Jen, how cute and cheeky. They really were a perfect match.

I wish the end was different. I wish we got an epilogue, at least. I wish we'd get to find out more about Coco! But, overall, this book put a smile on my face and for sure will put one on yours too.

When a mysterious pop up for a place called the Silk Stocking Inn, catches Jen's eye, she believes its just one of her co works pulling her leg. But she never could have predicted for the weekend coming her way. A weekend full of Sugarplum Cupcakes & a seductive romance, all wrapped up into one magical stay at the Silk Stocking Inn.

When a snow storm strands her in front of a beautifully old Inn, the same one Jen thought was all part of a joke. And into the path, captivating forest ranger, Holt. A man who down to his name, resembles her computer graphic character. Jen is both shocked and excited to be in the arms of tall, tattooed, need for speed, Holt. He makes her feel things she realizes she was lacking in past relationships. But will this weekend, filled with moments she can't enplane, and more passion than she has every felt, last? Or will it all, and this man, have just felt like a dream?

Sugarplum was SO good. I just love this sexy, magical series these two authors have created. Jen and Holt are a smoking hot couple. Throw in some cupcakes, lots of snow, a little danger, a dash of the magic that is Coco and and the inn, and you have a recipe for one fast, fun read, that you wont be able to put down.

Sugarplum is about Jen and Holt. Jen is a video game designer. She's designed the perfect man in her latest design, Ziggy Holt of Hell's Rangers. The project for the whole company has come along so well, the owner is treating everyone to a weekend getaway at a ski resort. Jen is late in getting on the road and on her way, gets in an "accident" where she ends up needing to be rescued. Who resuces her? Her video game fantasy man come to life, Holt. Holt in real life is a forest ranger who was out racing snowmobiles when Jen wrecked her car. Holt takes her to the Silk Stocking Inn, where our favorite Inn owner, Coco, has been expecting Jen. She is given a room for the weekend, because her car won't be fixed until Sunday. Let the fun begin...

This was another quick, fun read. I love this series and I need to find the real Silk Stocking Inn and Coco! My only complaint for this installment would be that I would have liked more talk from Holt. Specifically Holt talking to Jen about his feelings for her (dirty or otherwise). It was still a great story and I hope these authors will write some more!

Snow can’t last long round them with how hot their connection is!
I have read all 5 books in the Silk Stockings Inn series and LOVE them all but have fallen hard for this one.
Holt, the snowmobile riding GOD/Park Ranger and Jen, the Graphic Designer have a connection that is so hot that it could melt all the snow around them within seconds! After a small accident, they meet and Jen gets to opportunity to spend the weekend with the man that she literally brought to life on her computer over the past few months and has been crushing over! It could not be more perfect for her, but can it last... Silk Stocking Inn keeper, Coco says “I can’t believe how real some of these characters look, like all the perfect human traits put on lifelike drawing. If only men like that existed in real life, huh?” Seriously, what woman can’t agree with that statement!
I love Tess and Anna’s imagination that is brought to this series with the characters and especially Coco! She is awesome and I always look forward the description of her appearance. Keeps your mind on edge, imagination engaged and who can’t love a book like that. This book is 5 stars all the way, as are all the books in the series.

This book is really good. It's kind of hokey in that Jen is a graphic designer and designs a man for a game and winds up meeting him. The way it happens is strange but the book is really great. The characters are fantastic and there is a lot of sex.

Nooooo! I didn't want it to end so soon! I didn't realize how much I had missed the Silk Stocking Inn. Sugarplum is the 5th in the Silk Stocking Inn series, but each book is a standalone and well worth the time to read! I like the description of the surroundings, making me feel like I'm there. I also enjoy so few characters to keep straight in the story. Coco is such an interesting person to the series and as I was reading, I realized I was smiling! I enjoyed Jen & Holt's story and how there was confusion to them both, but never at the same time! I hope there's more to come from the Silk Stocking Inn. This would be a fun tv miniseries!
