I really enjoyed this book! Part of that is that for the first part, it wasn't clear where the love was really going to happen. I liked the character development and enjoyed the story. I would recommend!
What a sexy, happy romp! In a few quick strokes, the writer paints each character and miraculously moves the story at a quick pace. It’s just plain fun to read. This is absolutely the first romance novel I’ve read, and I absolutely loved it. Thank you!
What a great read. Real characters. Well written. Great storyline. The tension between old friends and then between new ones resonated.
The conflict between guilt, self-doubt and the compassion to forgive even lying, cheating exes that the heroine struggles to overcome shapes the tale. Her honesty and strength in the face of a dark past and victory in the end makes the book a true pleasure to read.
Boy was this good. I'm so glad it finally came out, I was waiting forever to read this book and let me tell you it was just as great as the first two. Now I'm already dying for what's next. Megan's story sure is something and Liam's is just the same. I still can't get over how they've all been best friends forever and how Ali could do what she's done with giving secrets to the press. What's even more shocking is how she was a part of it with Chase. I kinda never expected Chase, to be that bad. I know in the past he had his problems, but I thought it was going to turn out that he really did turn his life around without the drugs and just really wanted Megan back. That's it. Well I guess I was wrong. He might not be on the drugs but he sure is crazy. I feel so bad for Megan with what happened with her mom. I don't know what I would of done or how I would of been. All I can say is I know I would be a mess. Then there's Liam's parents. Their his parent yes, but not great ones. Liam and his brother were basically raised buy nannies and his parents only seem to care more about their image than anything. It's so sad. They think of Liam as a messed up son when really he is a good guy. Again only worried about their image, such a shame. I really like Megan and Liam's story they really fit well together and are perfect for each other. In a way they're so much alike. Also at times I think Liam, can be quite funny.
“Megan, don’t you see? He’s just marking you as his property, so the rest of us will leave you alone. I can smell the urine from here. He just peed all over you,” Hayden says as if it is completely obvious.
I give this a full five star review and can't wait to see what's next for them and the rest of the characters. Awesome book Susan, loved it.
Megan was my favorite secondary character from Between the Raindrops and Between the Lies. So it was fun to have her character developed. Also glad the story moved away from the paparazzi a little . That subject was thoroughly covered in the first two books.. Wondering how crazy Chase will get after being rejected?
I really could have loved this book except for the unbelievable misunderstanding about 85% of the book. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx PLOT REVELATION! Pls discontinue if you don't wish it.
Ok, so it's clear that strange things happened after ex boy friend comes along to continue being fooled after there was a clear cross lines on keeping in touch between the H and h was simply unbelievable and downright annoying.
The h was so enamored of the H and just when he's waxing lyrics even after thinking she broke things off the h keeps up the annoying stand of not being together threw the plot off for me - I skipped to the end which is a shame because I really world have loved to read about the H's emotions.
The writing style was abit juvenile at times but the character development was great! Liked the book but it could been love!
For that unbelievable PLOT development the book reduced in rating for me!
