Rate this book
Short Stack is a series of small-format cookbooks authored by America's top culinary talents. Each edition is a collectible, single-subject booklet with 20-25 recipes that offer ingenious new ways to cook our favorite ingredients. Each 48-page 4.5 x 7.5" book is printed domestically on textured cover paper and colored paper interior with a staple binding. All of Short Stack's covers and illustrations are original artwork. Short Stack Editions CHERRIES: Stacy Adimando's ode to cherries is just what need in this era of fast and convenient eating. Whether eating them raw out of hand or using their tart, sweet flavor in cooking, cherries require that you pay attention (juice! pits!). And these recipes are worth your focus: think cherry-chipotle carnitas, cherry and fennel tabbouleh, chocolate-cherry milkshakes, and cherry-misu. Don't miss your chance to stop and taste the cherries.

I LOVE cherries, I love Short Stacks, and I love this cookbook. Lots of great info if you are still learning about cherries, without an overcomplicated list of 50 varieties! I am looking forward to making many recipes, including Roasted Cherry and Burrata Crostini and Cherry & Fennel Tabouleh.
