Simple and clear.
This book is just the way I envision Jesus teaching. No hype involved, just very clear instructions that anyone can do for them self or for others. Other books have way too much going on in them, but the instructions given for healing soul wounds is so easy to learn and makes it possible to help others as well. This is the third book that I have bought from Praying Medic and I have not been disappointed with any of them.

This is a short book about emotional healing.
I like how the author explains the effects of trauma, how it works in our lives.
He gives us examples in his own life and describe the healing process.
When we identify a painful emotion we bring it to God for healing and we let him heal the wound, remove the lies and replace it by his truth and what we need like his peace, joy...

Simple but Powerful!
I love Praying Medics books! I'm so thankful for the wisdom God has given this man. I have learned so much from him. I've put his teachings into practice and I've seen miracles in my life and in others. I went through the steps that he shares in Emotional Healing in 3 Easy Steps and sure enough, I was set free from some very painful memories, some more recent, and one from many years ago!

An awesome resource for inner healing. Great for dealing with hurts from the past whether in your own life or in counseling someone else. The Praying Medic drew from multiple resources to bring a concise way to walk people through emotional healing when he had limited time i.e. riding in an ambulance or at a medical emergency scene.
This information is strategic, yet simplified and easy to incorporate in one's life. Highly recommended!

Simple and straightforward
I would have given a 5 star rating but the formatting on my Kindle version was messed up. The book was an easy read and very straight forward. I purchased this book to learn the method in an effort to share with individuals who come in search of spiritual counseling.

Very insightful
Great book. I would recommend this book to anyone who is going through problem with unforgivness. Forgiving yourself, and others frees you and others and makes room for God to fill you with peace. We have the power to choose to forgive that hurt us and ourselves free.

Everyone has emotional scars. We live in a fallen world. The Praying Medic gives the reader a step-by-step process of getting to the place of healing. As stated in the book, time doesn't heal all wounds. Only Jesus does that.
Very good book. It's one I'll revisit again and again.

Instant healing!
Superb booklet, to the point not a lot of fluff and as the title suggests the steps of healing are very easy and so quick. GOD bless you with more easy ways to free the captives.

To the point.
No long drawn out emotional drama. Just admit it, receive healing for it. WOW! As with Praying Medic's other books I would recommend this one as well.

HE HAS (past tense) taken our griefs and sorrows - we need carry them only as long as we do not COMPREHEND and EXERCISE and ACCEPT by faith what has ALREADY been done FOR us via His Resurrection Power.
Once we understand this spirit-fact and embrace it as fact, we can get on despite the unavoidable trauma and hurts and emotional pain life dishes out in some measure to all and for some in heaping measure (like myself and many I have met and worked with).
As direct and focused as this protocol is, it MAY not resolve ALL your issues in a single 10 minute session, but it WILL empower your spirit to partner with His Spirit to experience freedom and restoration as you work the process with each of those issues as you are prepared to turn them over to His Healing Promise and Provision.

I enjoy the Praying Medic's YouTube videos and I thought I'd read a couple of his books. Since I self identify as an ex-Christian, I guess I am still looking for some evidence that I was wrong for my disbelief. Since the Praying Medic testifies as having such a strong connection with God, I am fascinated by what he describes as his experience in both Healings as well as in the Courts of Heaven. After reading his book, I am no more clear about this world he describes. All I know is that I don't share this world with him.

What can I say but, Thank you! I cried reading this because it exposed my pain that I've been feeling in the present were actually fragmented parts of my soul from my pasta traumas. This gave me direction in being healed and receiving something from Jesus in exchange for those hurtful feelings. Many people need to be free from their past effecting their today. I highly recommend reading this book. It's time to have hope,peace and joy for today.

Easy to understand and implement.
I love this book. I had undergone a healing session before and this book made me understand why God had to bring back those hurtful memories. This book explained that. I know this method to be effective. I thank Praying Medic for writing this book. Since this book is very short yet substantial to a very present need, I suggest readers read more on emotinal healing so they can fully grasp the meaning of this book.

I will try this, I am currently experiencing deep wounding from my husband’s untimely death. I will wait for help from a good friend, as he recommends. I cannot offer blanket recommendation for all the Praying Medic’s books, but this one is definitely a keeper.

3 easy steps indeed! A great reminder of the provisions that God has already provided for us as it relates two our healing. We often complicate the process.
