My dawg Edmund Morgan helped me out big time with my senior thesis! A little dated but a good overview!

A look at the lifestyles of people in Virginia in the 1700s. There are sections on childhood, marriage, slaves and servants, the dwellings, and how holidays were celebrated. There are reproductions of some artwork displaying the upper class in daily activities.
