The medicine wheel of the year continues through the equinoxes and festivals. Balthazar sacrifices souls in his quest to reach Lilith, who is trapped in the depths of Hell behind seven gates. Only souls of the innocent, slaughtered by the elements on the day of a pagan festival, can open the gates that imprison her.
Morgan and Drake’s love grows stronger, their powers escalating, awakening powerful prophecies. Morgan’s long lost brother, along with the rest of their magical team, fight together against the greatest threat the Otherworld has faced in centuries. Their goal is to stop Balthazar from opening the last gate of hell, and unleashing the evil that lurks behind it.
To every element there is good and evil in the Otherworld, to every light there is a shadow. Morgan must learn to master her gifts as a Spirit Walker, to read the purity and intent of souls. Along the way she has to defy death, as Balthazar murders one of the members of their team.
Death stalks their every move, ancient Fae awaken from their magical slumber, and evil emerges. Drake’s strength and abilities grow, his demigod abilities revealed when death strikes.
Will the last gate open? And if it does, who will emerge? Elements of Fae is the last book in this Gates of Hell trilogy.

Morgan and Drake make an awesome couple, they work well with all the others trying to keep the last Gate from opening . Lot’s of plot twists that keep you on the edge of your seat and make you want to finish the book in one session. My biggest complaint is the editing, it’s as if the Author loves a set of phrases and uses them to often, when other words and phrases would be as good if not better. Also Spellcheck doesn’t catch everything, so again an editor going over it would help, or if it’s been professionally edited, it needs another pass through with a more critical eye. 4⭐️‘s. Don’t let the editing stop you from reading this book, it’s well worth going past the occasional misspelling and reused phrase !!
DEVOTION AT WHAT COST? It was great having multiple POV's on every aspect going on from their insecurities to their loyalty to their love for one another and of course their work against Balthazar and his wanting to open the gates of hell to retrieve his one true love Lilith. Their training and the increase in the Alpha's pack with different men of different lines of heritage. Everyone was going through something. An excellent conclusion for the battle over the gates of hell. I could not put it down and stayed up way to late to read it. A read worth your time. If you love the mystical and magical you will love this book.
Elements of Fae is the third book in the paranormal romance series The Otherworld Chronicles, and the conclusion of Morgan and Drake’s story. If you loved the first two books, then we pick up exactly where we left, and the adventure concludes…
This trilogy has been a labour of love, allowing me to weave together my love of mythology and science. As a geneticist, I have always been fascinated with evolution and the missing link, so how better to delve deeper into this but to wonder if magic is why it is missing.
I hope you enjoy it the end of the Gates of Hell trilogy, and join Morgan and Drake on their journey through the Otherworld.
The epic conclusion of Drake and Morgan's story, the battle with the big bad finally occurs and our might kick a$$ power welding couple finally gets the job done!!! But don't worry, thee are still some fun surprises in this book and it seems we get Ethan's story in book 4! A nice ending to a good series.
The book was amazing. It is fast paced and hard to put down. Everything is so well detailed, it feels like you’re in the middle of the action with the characters. I do however almost want to take one star from the rating. Why do authors tend to ruin everything with surprise pregnancies? Disgusting. It had the perfect ending had it not been for that.
What an ending to a fantastic series, could not put this book down from start to finish. Did not see all the plot twists and the story kept me wanting to read more. The only problem was that the book ended. Thankfully there are more books by this author, roll on the next one.
I think once again CR Robertson out did herself. Totally involved with all the many different aspects of the plot. The fact that she kept the underlying happiness throughout made it even better.
What a ride!! We finally witness the spectacular conclusion to this tale. And it does NOT disappoint! Love and magic are in the air as we follow our heroes through battles and trials. And the ending? Absolutely perfect!
The third book in the series brings a conclusion to the hunt for Balthzar. I enjoyed this book as much as the rest, a few things left on a cliffhanger, so looking forward to seeing what comes next.
I'm so glad I discovered this series and author. It's hooked me and I want to continue reading every story. It's not my typical style of book but it's very well written and I love all the characters.
This is one of the best paranormal series I have read in years. It had exciting new ideas that made me not set the book down until I was at the end. All I can say is WOW and I hope book 4 arrives soon...
