I read this as part of my MS/PhD studies and all I can say is, I feel like I have signed up to discover myself in nature. I have learned so much and I cannot wait to learn more.

The best introduction to ecotherapy, with a provoking philosophy (webstring attachments to nature) and thoughtful practice exercises.
