Dear Sarah: A letter for your grief

This letter was written to a friend of mine whose husband committed suicide, 14 years after my first husband took his life. I was pregnant with my second daughter when my husband electrocuted himself. My older daughter was almost three years old. Sarah has three young children. This is her first Christmas since he died.
