18 ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ മുന്നൂറോളം കഥകളും ഉപകഥകളുമായി നിറഞ്ഞുനിൽക്കുന്ന പുസ്തകം. ഇതിൽ സ്ത്രീയെ മിക്കപ്പോഴും ഒരു ഉപഭോഗ വസ്തുവായിട്ടാണ് കാണുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് പറ്റിയ ഗുണപാഠകഥകളും വിക്രമാദിത്യ കഥകളും ഇതിലുണ്ട്. പല കഥകളും ആവർത്തിച്ച് പറയുന്നതിനാൽ ആവർത്തനവിരസത വല്ലാതെ തോന്നും.
