In After the Darkness, the author weaves a rich Catholic tradition of private revelations and prophecies into a chilling and fascinating story about the end times. Written with great insight, this novel will keep you on the edge of your seat.
Father Joseph M. Esper is a priest of the Archdiocese of Detroit and pastor of Immaculate Conception parish in Anchorville, Michigan.
Esper studied at Sacred Heart Seminary in Detroit and then received his Master of Divinity degree from St. John's Provincial Seminary in Plymouth, Michigan.
Through the years, Father Joe has lectured at Marian conferences, appeared on EWTN, spoken on Catholic radio, and written more than a dozen articles for This Rock, The Priest, Homiletic and Pastoral Review, and other publications. Great book on the intertwining of the Book of Revelations; multiple revelations by saints and great philosophers. The book is fiction, but in some places has already been proven true, and it was written in 1997!
