Gave me a few ideas on challenges I can set myself and I've made a short list from the book, but I don't think I'll need to go through the book again. About 65% of it was actual ideas to inspire your 30 day challenges, whilst the rest was repeated information from what you'd already read. I looked through this all in one go but it's broken down into categories, so if you are looking for ideas in a certain area you can just go straight to it. I felt like many of the ideas are not really ideas that you can do for 30 days, but more like small changes you can make to your day to day life rather than a month long challenge.
The book gave me ideas on performing new activities for 30 days. It is a quick read actually. I just skimmed the areas that sparked an interest in me and documented them in a google document. The book provides ideas on art, health, self-awareness, home life, and social relationships to improve on and try out for 30 days. It is worth a shot to try them.
I think that this book is different of other books. In this book you will not be bored. You will learn a lot of very Useful things. This book is perfect if you dont have any objectives because you can develop new habits and get started living a better, fuller life. I think It's a really helpful book that you can flip through and instantly find inspiring things to do.
This book has some good ideas beyond the typical exercise and healthy eating variety. I like the ones geared toward decluttering, organizing, self-care and learning new things. Definitely sparked some interest and new ideas for me.
Obviously it's hard to come up with 500 actually unique ideas, but some were quite similar right on the same page. Lots of versions of talking to new people, for example. Still it was a really fun read and I wrote quite a few down as ideas for myself!
