There are so many issues with this plot that I couldn't make it to the end. Here are a few:
1. If Nicholas truly was a billionaire, he wouldn't have given up after a month of looking for Ariana. He also would've realized her sister was the stand-in unless he really didn't care that much....
2. If Nicholas truly was a billionaire, he would've realized that Ariana wasn't who she said she was. Billionaires tend to do their research on people they supposedly love.
3. If Lynn truly was Ariana's friend, she would'vet known who Miguel was and would've told Nicholas.
4. If Ariana was so abused by Miguel, how did she spend quite a few spicy nights with Nicholas after he rescued her?
5. Ariana and Nicholas literally spend days in bed while their child is 'kidnapped'. Ummm, okay?
6. Nicholas just up and leaves his fiancee to rescue a woman he has mixed feelings for. Yeah, I'd let him go too if he was that flaky.

There are more....

Princess Ariana doesn't want to be a royal quite frankly its the pits. Her family outside of her young brother are all about duty and appearance and care nothing about she wants for her. So she decides to take life into her own hands give up her claim to the throne escape in exile to America and just be plain old Emma. Enter Nick, the one man who has ever been able to turn her head. Emma starts to believe she can have a normal life until someone from her past comes a knocking. After a night of steamy passions she has never known she runs trying to once again escape her past only to run headlong into it. Now she is trapped as a hostage with no way out and only a piece of Nick to keep his memory alive. Never fear this is an HEA after all...it will just have you thinking otherwise for a while. Nice second book in the series. On to the next!

A princess running from an unloving family and an arranged marriage to an awful man. A billionaire restless with his life. They meet and sparks fly. Ariana/Emma was finally hapl6 with her life and her job when her past catches up with her, scaring her. Nicholas knows she is holding something secret, but is still attracted to her in a way he never was with anyone else. They have a steamy night together, then she disappears. Nicholas tries to follow her, but runs into major trouble, unable to rescue her. She is returned to her family and the evil man she is forced to marry, and the only thing keeping her sane is the gift she has from her time with Nicholas. Eventually, the dangers she faces and the indignities forced on her makes her desperately reach out to the only one she can trust: Nicholas. He comes to her rescue and danger abounds, but eventually everything turns out happily. Very well written and am eager to read more by this author.

I wish I was a princess

This book was great. I liked the characters and I liked the fact that it wasn’t just diamonds and roses all the time but that the characters face a lot of hardship. Nicholas’ character is also quite refreshing when compared with other billionaire characters. He doesn’t want the pressure of being a billionaire and he isn’t a complete playboy or anything. All in all, it was a great book and I usually really like this authors work and this didn’t disappoint.

Goood

didn’t want to be queen… ever. When I thought of queens, I thought of my mother. When I thought of my mother, I thought cold and indifferent. I didn’t want to have a cold heart like her. I knew even at 10 years old that when I did have children, I would be the kind of mother that gave cuddles and read bedtime stories and didn’t pass off my responsibilities to a nanny or other staff. In my family’s travels, I’d seen that and ached for it. My children would never want for their mother’s

Loved this book!

I absolutely loved this book. The courage of the Princess and the undeniable pull of attraction between the two main characters was great. I loved how she never lost who she was no matter how much she was put through. The Surprise at the end was so Awesome I could see her mother's face and reaction clearly in my mind. I also really loved the other books included with this one. Each one held my attention and kept me captivated the whole way through

Another amazing book

I don’t even know how to put word to this book. It’s amazing from a princess escaping to come live in Vegas to being caught and abused and raped to being rescued. I was fantastic! I couldn’t put the book down!

I got to the rape part and just DNF. It was bad, not the rape part, it was just bad writing in general. The characters were flaky and annoying and I could see the inconsistencies start lining up and from some of the reviews here, I gather it gets worse. DNFing was a good a choice

This is the story of a runaway princess, Emma, who wants to be an average person. She goes to Vegas where a photographer she met as a child works and gives her a job. She meets a hot billionaire, Nicholas and they fall for each other. Her past catches up with her and her fiancé takes her back home & locks her away and beats her. They take her child from so she calls Nicholas for help. Lots of sex scenes.

When a disillusioned princess runs away from the arranged marriage, to a violent and possessive man, she starts a series of events that span years and lives. The Princess, alias Emma, was interning with a photographer, when she was asked to do a shot of a Billionaire, Hotel owner. Immediately, there was chemistry between them, but unfortunately the man she was fleeing from, made his appearance known, also at this time.
You will need to read the story, to fully understand the situation and what then occurs.
Ms Adams always tells a mean tale, and the four bonus books also add value to this purchase.
Bonus: Gamed box set:
It's not unusual for the siblings that are born later to have to contend with the beliefs of the eldest child could do no wrong! @ The younger siblings have to somehow measure up, or are always treated as "not worth the time".
This book may take these ideas to the extreme, but I would not be surprised that some of you could relate, at least in part, of the treatment of Quinn.
As far as the stereo typing of gamers, and anyone associated with IT, again, this is a daily occurance, without even bringing the total oversight of women and their capacity within anything technologically based.
Yes perhaps I could relate to a lot in this book, and therefore I enjoyed the journey that the writer took us on.

The Fight:

Los Vegas, the place where dreams are won or lost. A fighter, Fenton, used to being a lone wolf, trying to make his dream of independence and security come true, with winning the MMA title fight. He had purposely stayed away from sponsors, feeling the would have control over him, once he was financing him. He was focused, until he saw her.
Kyra was a sponsor broker, sent out of her normal tennis or golf professional worlds, to chase a deal with Fenton, the bad, bad boy of MMA fighting. She had her eye on the house this deal would allow her to purchase, plus the other perks, such as a permanent office position and her own team. That was her goals, until she met Fenton.
A very interesting web of crossed communication, but thankfully, things come back on track, in the end.
Great story! !

Billionaire Rides:

Eathan Colson, the CEO and owner of a motorcycle manufacturer saw the potential of a young, fresh faced model, Kayla, before anyone else did. However, he also was madly attracted to her and wanted to ensure he saw her again.
It turned out she had a boyfriend of 5 years, but when he dropped by, to pass a message concerning the photo shoot, he found an argument in progress and the boyfriend threatening to her hurt Kayla, Eathan just had to intervene.

I am not going to say how smacking Kayla's boyfriend went with her, other than it was the start of a number of big misunderstandings between the two of them.
Another great gutsy story.

I received this book willingly from the author. Little did I know that I would get no sleep last night trying to finish the book! I couldn't put it down once I had started it. I had to read it to find out what happened to the 2 main characters. Needless to say I didn't go to bed until 1.30am and had to be up at 6.30am. Super tired today but worth it.

We have Arianna or Emma as she's known now in the USA. Arianna is a princess in a family on a small island off the coast of Spain. Arianna is next in line to the throne according to their country's laws, regardless of gender. Arianna didn't want to be queen....ever! She manages to hatch a plan with a wonderful photographer, Lynn, who has won the contract to come to the palace to take the royal family photos. Emma manages to escape to Las Vegas and thinks all is well until she happens to be looking through some photo proofs one day and spots trouble.

Nicholas Vansant, a very smoking hot young millionaire, happens to be waiting at the photo studio for his shoot. Emma rushes in harried and out of breath. Nicholas's first view of Emma has him breathless as well. He's held captive in her dark-chocolate brown eyes with flecks of gold. He wants to lose himself in her for days, but he has to pull it together. He's an important man in Vegas and this was a professional photo shoot.

This is a very deep story, with many different threads running through it. This story delves into an abusive past for Emma as well as the drawbacks of the patriarchal society that she grew up in. This may strike some chords for people deeply but it is definitely worth reading with the HEA.

Loved this book and need to go find caffeine now!

Good story with bonus books. Princesses vs billionaire

I love this authors writing. I can reread a lot of her books over and over. This story had a good emotional connection to the characters. You felt happy, shocked, saddened, depressed, hopeful, and great full. HEA ending.
Overview. Ariana was the first daughter of the royal family of a little country off an island near Spain. She met a photographer from Nevada when she (Lynn) was taking pictures of the family. Lynn helps Ariana escape during a party. She is now Emma from Las Vegas. While learning about photography, she meets Nicholas, during his photo shots. They start to date when she notices a person from the past stalking her. Her stalker was Megiel a person she was to marry, but was 12 years older than her and mean. Now her wants what was promised to him, even if it means kidnapping her and taking her home. Nick is doing everything in his power to find his Emma. But 2 yrs is a long time when Emma contacts him for help. Will they survive the past in order to make the future they wanted in the beginning again. Will love prevail or will royal rules get in the way?

Emma is a princess who is fed up with being a princess and escapes to Nevada. She there finds a job as a photographer and meet Nick. But when her past comes to threaten the people she loves, she must leave to save them. With being apart Nick and Emma move on but they have never forgotten each other. When Emma makes the call to Nick everything changes. Will Nick rescue Emma? Emma story is heartbreaking the torture that she had been thru and can't help to feel what she was going through. I really liked Nick and Emma together and the ending was perfect.

I got this on Amazon and this is the second book I have read by this author. Ariana is a royal that just want to have a normal life. She does not want to be a princess. That is what Lynn offers her a taste of. She is pretending to be a photographer in Las Vegas. That is how she meets Nicholas. Nick does not want to be alone, but he has to find the right one. They date for a while, but her past come back to haunt her. Will Nick be able to deal with her true identity?
