I am not sure how this book is anti inflammatory when the majority of ingredients I’ve been seriously warned about eating.

Corn, cabbage, lentils, raw fruit, chilli, cayenne pepper and the list goes on. I’m a Crohns sufferer and I can’t use this book. Waste of $74!
