The whole story
I read Keir's story separately a while ago (loved)& thought about checking out the other band members stories, but hadn't done so yet. Now that I saw this complete series set for maybe 99c, I had to have it. Vivian Lux is a favorite author of mine, especially since she knows how to write excellent rocker books & these were no exception! Her Wreckage series is one of my all time favorites in this genre. This Ruthless series had 4 killer stories, all different scenarios, all kept me reading on into the night until my eyes couldn't take anymore. There were some references to & cameos of characters from other books by Vivian, which added to the stories. Will always look forward to her next release, bring me more rockers!

I loved this box set! All the stories were about a band member and finding love. Not hard core sex, drugs, and rock & roll. All told in dual POV with HEA. Great relationship between the band members and they are all secondary characters in each book. I enjoyed each of them and will be reading more from this author.

Great series!
Loved how each person had there own little stories and past which made them completely different but also how they came together as one little music family! Perfect series if you don’t have much time to read as you can leave and come straight back in to we’re you left off

Must read the box set
I read one of the middle books first, wish I didn't! A must read, so many great characters. Love how all of them have their demons. Peppers' story was a great ending, it hit home.

Loved reading all 5 stories about the 5 band members of Ruthless. Loved all the side stories and how they all wove in together. Great characters, great story writing.

Ruthless?
Book#1. Edit. Edit. Edit. Timeline. The author is giving them vocation experience of someone much older. Drinking in a public establishment? The "characters" are 19. Mom is 48? Yet she had her child young? 29 is not young. I know 19 is young. But these kids are super immature. I feel like I am reading about horney, angry 15 year old idiots.
It could be me but this step brother/step sister thing is ridiculous. If there is no blood relations what's the problem? This isn't 1950.
That said. The author has good writing skills. She just needs to tweak it up a notch.
