Excellent book to read. It gives the reader a great sense of what living in Davao is like for the poorer residents. It provides all the local color you can soak up regarding customs and conditions for living and the wide variety in people of Davao. It is the people described by Anthony that give real life and interest to this read. Mike Wikan, author "Sons of Kolchak"
