This is a nice petite read by Devadutt Patnaik. I liked the style of writing, each chapter starts with a management sutra which is explained using the incidents from Mahabharata and Bhagavata. He has done a fantastic job of translating the stories into management setup. The chapter ends with the implementation of the sutra into an official and real-life stage.

If you really want to maximize your potential read it.

All of the concepts are explained with hindu mythology terms. So if you are not familliar with such terms check the glossary of terms in the end of the book first.

Good read of varnas.

Good concept explained with narratives of business. Makes you think. Though it is an article and not a book as such. And that is not a bad thing. The transition from one state to other is a good thing to remember
