Good read for the team!

This book is a good read for the whole team! No matter what your job title is, from the chief to the ground pounders we are all leaders in someway or another in our daily life's and professions. This book would be a great read every couple of years to make sure we keep ourselves in check.

Have a lot of direction.

Enforced what I knew and informed me of how to become better. Short and sweet, I will read again when feeling deflated.
