This book does not stand the test of time. Its depiction of an "open marriage" may have been exciting and novel at the time of publication, but against modern standards the relationship structure is controlling and emotionally manipulate.
The main character refuses to grow and change which for me is key when being in relationships with multiple people.
I was hoping for a nice narrative about polyamoury, but ended up with a story that left a bad taste in my mouth.
Save your time and read something else
