Instant Pot Cookbook: Fast and Healthy Recipes for your Electric Pressure Cooker: Insta Pot - Over 100 Recipes by April Stewart
Introduction about the instant pot, chapters on what you need to know and why you should buy one. Soups, dinners, breakfast , lunch and dessert chapters with recipes.
Can't believe some have the problems stated here-they are just common sense to us.
Recipes include a title, servings and list of ingredients which you should be able to substitute for healthier dietary needs-low sodium, low fat, etc
Directions are included. There are no pictures and there is no nutritional information.
Regular foods that I've seen in the manual that came with the pot-nothing special.
